Apartment is nice, but overall experience was bad.

We stayed at this apartment recently and appreciated several aspects of it. The space has been thoughtfully remodeled, with modern furniture and new kitchen appliances. It’s comfortable, well-equipped for a short stay, and communication with the host was very good — any time we needed assistance, we received a prompt and helpful response.

There were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. Most notably, we encountered a pest problem, having found roaches in the kitchen/living room area on three different occasions. This was concerning, especially considering the clean and updated condition of the apartment itself. Another drawback was the entrance to the apartment, which is located at the back of the building through an alley. The area was not well-maintained — it was quite dirty, infested with doves, and commonly used as a dog-walking route. As a result, the pathway was often littered with animal waste, making it unpleasant to come and go.
