Great place, nice apartment!

host was very friendly and super helpful. they guided us on how and where to park our car, explained everything and suggested things to do locally. The apartment was great for a large family (3 bedrooms) and the facilities overall very good. They provided bed linens, towels, toiletries and hair dryer. Plenty of blankets if you tend to get cold at night and the place was warm in January. Kitchen fully equipped.

Unfortunately this apartment is very humid. This can be an issue in winter when trying to dry clothes and towels. This is probably common for all of Malaga. We used their external hangers, but with a family of 7 it wasn’t enough for us. There’s some signs of humidity in some walls and inside closets, which some people might not be comfortable with. The one thing we did not like is that the windows are not protected at all. We had a toddler and it was not safe to open any window, since the apartment is located on a second floor. Bathrooms were very humid during our whole stay, proper ventilation should be installed (no ventilation in bathrooms at all). The apartment is not particularly close to the centre, but is a nice 25 mins walk, that we enjoyed.

Exceptional

I loved being in a cool neighborhood which was not full of tourists. You should spend around three nights here to get the full experience. It was nice to have a parking space for our car as well. The beds and pillows were fantastic.

Convenient location, easy to find and very accommodating host!

Great parking. The host was extremely accommodating and was able to comply with our special requests without any problem! Large supermarket in the building and several breakfast places close by.

It had 2 bathrooms so that was very convenient for 5 women. Also Tania was really helpful friendly and patient to explane how to get the building. It had all the applies that we needed. The apartment was clean and the most important was that we had a parking place. Thanks to Tania..

We stayed just for one night. 5 girls.It could have more comfortable beds..Also when you leave the key just be careful how you get out of the building. It was a little complicated..

Maravillosa estancia

Lo espacioso que es, lo bien cuidado que lo tenían, y que tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Es súper recomendable. Nos dieron facilidad para poder ir a dejar las maletas un rato antes de la hora fijada de entrada. Le agradecimos mucho el gesto. La calle es súper tranquila y apenas hubieron ruidos.

Muy limpio y las camas súper cómodas. Muy cerca del palacio de Congresos que era mi destino esos días y, la plaza de garaje muy amplia. La propietaria encantadora, nos ayudó con sitios para desayunar y cenar por la zona.

Todo muy bien. Mis amigas echaron de menos un detalle de bienvenida (una botellita de vino)😁

L'appartamento è molto grande composto da tre camere e due bagni.

Le istruzioni per accedere alla casa sono un po' complicate. L'appartamento è un po' freddo, non ci sono termosifoni ma solo due condizionatori uno in salotto e uno in una delle tre camere.

Buen apartamento bien ubicado pero falló el calentador

El apartamento está en una buena ubicación, cerca del mar en un paseo a 10-15 minutos y al metro en 5-10 a el Torcal y Princesa-Huelin, ideal para conocer el centro. Tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 de matrimonio y una con dos camas individuales, 2 baños, uno dentro de una de las habitaciones de matrimonio, una cocina con todo tipo de menaje, microondas, horno, lavadora, frigorífico... y un salón amplio con wifi y TV. La comunicación con al responsable, Tania, fue excelente y nos explicó muy bien como recoger las llaves y como llegar desde la plaza de garaje hasta el apartamento, que no es fácil. La llave nos la dejó en un candado cercano en una reja de una casa que había que abrir con un código y recoger el candado, fue rápido.

Pues lo que menos nos gustó es que el calentador eléctrico falla a veces y no va el agua caliente en las duchas. Nosotros que queríamos básicamente para dormir y ducharnos, porque durante el día conocíamos la ciudad, en alguna ocasión no nos quedó mas remedio que ducharnos con agua fría (a pesar que reiniciamos el calentador). El acceso desde el garaje es, como dicen en otro comentario, un escape room, además que el espacio para aparcar es reducido por motos de otras plazas que aparcan junto a coches. Para llegar al apartamento hay que abrir una puerta de garaje, aparcar, abrir una puerta y otra, coger un ascensor con llave que no de mucha seguridad, llegar al portal, abrir otra puerta, coger otro ascensor o subir escaleras y abrir la puerta. Cuando lo haces la segunda vez no es tan complicado pero de primera y viniendo de lejos se hace tedioso. Como consejo (ajeno al apartamento) tened cuidado si contais con volver en metro porque supuestamente se acababa a las 2:00 de la madrugada y a las 1:30 ya no podíamos acceder y tuvimos que coger un cabify.

Duży apartamenty pomieścił 2 pary z trójką dzieci, parking w garażu

ŚMIERDZĄCE STĘCHLIZNĄ RĘCZNIKI!!! Woda podgrzewana piecykiem gazowym, który się załączał jak chciał, czas prysznica znacznie się przedłużał, wody ciepłej było mało, co przy trójce dzieci było mega utrudnieniem. Brak zmywarki, stary czajnik, który otwierał się podczas gotowania, przez co koleżanka się poparzyła. Rozwalony sprzęt plażowy. Po co w ogóle tam był? Szafy zawalone gratami, brak miejsca na rozpakowanie. W łazience brak jakiejkolwiek półki żeby rozstawić swoje kosmetyki.

Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Dimensioni modeste ma molto buone, posizione poco fuori ma tranquilla, con supermercato sotto casa. Pulizia buona, con disponibilità di prodotti base per il cibo e la pulizia. Ottimo appartamento!

Amplasarea apartamentului într-o zonă liniștită, foarte aproape de metrou și autobuze către toate zonele orașului, supermarket la parterul blocului, nenumărate localuri extrem de convenabile în vecinătate. Apartamentul elegant, utilat complet, foarte curat ! Gazda foarte amabilă, a răspuns prompt la orice fel de solicitare. Un sejur de care ne vom aminti cu plăcere ! Mulțumim, Tania ! 🙏

Vivienda ideal para familia

Es la segunda vez que vamos. La vivienda es muy amplia y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia ideal. Con plaza de parking incluido.

Solo encuentro un problema en la plaza de garaje. Aunque tengo que decir que es una cosa totalmente ajena a los propietarios de la vivienda. Es más bien culpa de la comunidad de vecinos. La plaza está bien de tamaño pero, aparcan una moto en un lateral y otra en la parte delantera. Esto hace que cueste aparcar más de lo debido

Muy amplio bien situado y con parking.

El apartamento amplio y cómodo, bien equipado en general y sobre todo con plaza de parking que es también muy importante. Estuvimos cinco personas 5 días y muy bien, con supermercados, farmacia, gasolinera y transporte publico muy cerca y la playa a unos 500 metros.

Lokalizacja blisko autobusów na lotnisko i do centrum. Obok duży supermarket. Bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.
