it was clean and easy to get to San Andres beach

communication from owner/manager shockingly bad. Didn’t get replies to my messages asking where my key code for checkin was until a good hour after 3pm check-in time. So hanging around I also called 3 times and calls were not answered). When I eventually got in the room was ok but en-suite bathroom was minute with a sort of sliding mirror for a door (only attached at top). Also no running water in sink or shower. When I reported this I got an apologetic message and was told to use the bathroom in the unoccupied room opposite (which I wouldn’t have been able to lock). Fortunately I later worked out that the water inlet valves in my bathroom had been turned off and I sorted. In the ‘living area’ by the front door there is a an info sheet setting out the fines that will be imposed on guests for various misdemeanours. The same info sheet you can’t eat in your room but can on the upstairs terrace but I found no terrace - there is a hole in a wall upstairs with a sheet of board fixed over it which may once led to a terrace. If there is a door to a terrace i did not find it, nor the coffee for guests

Quiet Stay with Compact Rooms, Close to a Seafood Delight

Located close to a main street, offering convenient access to a delightful seafood restaurant.

Situated at a considerable distance from the city centre and popular tourist attractions (if travelling on foot). The beds are quite narrow, and the room itself feels rather cramped—though perhaps that was just the case for ours.

The property is not relyable!

We ordered room in January, about 2 hours before arival, got the confirmation, made the payment, but when arrived to the place the property was closed. Nobody met us, the property was not reachable by phone or email. We found another place to stay, but did not get our money back yet.

shower in the room didn’t work ( and the electrical outlet in the room was loose ) it turned out that it often happens that the shower doesn’t work and that it needs instructions , but the instructions weren’t there and i couldn’t reach the owners late evening ( almost midnight . which i do understand ) further , i really enjoyed the stay

Las almohadas eran incómodas, no había mantas, pasamos mucho frio, olía mal, las ventanas no se podían abrir, ni podíamos ver a través de las ventanas, resultaba claustrofóbico, en la ducha había una ventana a la calle, lo cual no daba intimidad en el baño

Struttura abbastanza vicina alla stazione dei pullman- treni,per il resto il prezzo troppo alto per la zona .

Camera sporca ,umidità di risalita sui muri odore di muffa...e capelli in giro ...davvero poco pulita .

À 20 minutes de marche de la gare de train, l’emplacement est bien et proche de la plage.

La comodidad para entrar, limpio y buena ubicación. La cocina disponible.

Me parece caro para lo que es, nos cobraron por entrar antes de la hora del check in, en un sitio de este precio creo que no debería cobrarse si la habitación ya está hecha y se puede, en mi opinión. Pero por lo demás todo fue muy bien y el sitio está bien.

L’étroitesse de la chambre Les mauvaises finitions de la déco (plinthes décollées, papier peint sur l’armoire decollé,…) Un balcon de 20 cm de profondeur ! Une terrasse inaccessible… Le ton utilisé pour les consignes d’entrée et de sortie (peut-être est-ce dû à la traduction). Ça ne transpire ps la courtoisie et l’accueil

Genial ubicación, regular el mantenimiento.

Me encantó la ubicación cerca de la playa y la facilidad para el check in. La zona era muy tranquila, sin ruidos.

La falta de mantenimiento de la habitación. El somier estaba vencido lo que hacía que el Colchón se deformara por el centro y dificultara el descanso. El suelo no estaba muy limpio y la tapa de la cisterna se caía.

Appartement propre et bien suité mais quelques petits bémols

Le logement est plutôt propre et bien équipé( serviettes, sèche-cheveux, dessins av3c cintres, climatisation..). Bien localisé : à proximité de la plage, des transports, restaurants...

J'ai malheureusement eu une chambre sans volets donc le soleil tapait fort dès le matin, et le quartier est parfois bruyant les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées on entends facilement ce qui se passe dans les chambres à côté. Le balcon n'en est pas vraiment un, à peine assez d'espace pour sortir

Krásný čistý pokoj, společná kuchyňka s obývákem. Vše co byste mohli potřebovat tu bylo. Dokonce pračka v patře i s pracím gelem. Moc šikovně vymyšlené. Pobyt v Málaze jsme si moc užili

La cerradura de la puerta de la calle no va bien, estuvimos como 15 min intentando abrir. Las paredes son de cartón, se escucha todo. En el anuncio pone que la habitación tenía terraza con vistas a la ciudad y lo único que había era una rendija al cielo, se lo dijimos y dijeron que el anuncio estaba bien, muy maleducados.

Da wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten war es vollkommen okay. Wir hatten wahrscheinlich das kleinste Zimmer. Wer mehrere Nächte bleibt und nur zum schlafen ins Zimmer geht, dann ist es okay.

Conocer otro barrio con mucha restauraciòn y gente muy noble , impacta la presencia e iluminación, cerca de parking libre y playa, ver procesión y muy cerca de aeropuerto.

Tiene algo de humedades y tuvimos que dejar la llave en la puerta interna ya que el cajetin no esta en funcionamiento
