Cleanness of the apartment

No access to the staff and communication with the staff was really difficult and not functional. The were no cleaning arrange for the apartment during the 7 nights of our stay. We were missing all the necessary equipment like clean sheet, blanket, towels and toilet paper.

Disappointing - but could easily be improved

Excellent location (public transport & beach), fairly quiet area with plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants. Flat was very well equipped and in good condition in a pleasant block.

Cupboard surfaces sticky, cutlery drawer dirty - as was some of the crockery and cutlery. Not happy that we only had one set of towels for a week - expected to was our own (although wash pods were supplied) Quote "Towels can be washed in the washing machine and hung on the clothesline. Sheets and towels are changed every 10 days." good luck with trying to do that on a small indoor line! Outdoor space was a shared roof terrace, very spacious and with furniture - but no lighting (fair enough as this is a residential block) - check before you book in case you're expecting a balcony. Sofa(bed) was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever sat on - and the scruffiest. Spare blanket was quite stained - thankfully we didn't need it Entry instructions were confusing and inaccurate.

A pebble turned into an avalanche - not entirely related to this accommadation

We didnt end up staying here because our booking was not in the LetMalagas system after being confirmed on Booking.com. We did get reshuffled to other apartments, first was bad but in a good location, other was good. Associate was reasonably helpful.

Our booking had not added to LetMalaga system. You need to fix this for future customers or there will be more headaches like we had where we had to move to multiple places.

I won't recommend renting for a long stay

Location near to public transportation and it's a new building which is a plus with all the new and necessary amenities stay in. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. as much as they could.

Very dirty neighbors, the streets with fouls smell of dogs peeing all over wall of the building and sidewalk. The apartment walls don't have Sound PROOF insulation, which make it very difficult for a resting night, people are constantly coming in and out late at all hrs during the nights with periods of higher levels of conversations walk around and you feel there are in your apartment. The bathroom don't have a glass door or a curtains so the water come out from the shower and it's all over the floors out side the bathroom, so you must mapping after you are done and there isn't any place for the toilet towel,?no shampoo shelf?or soaps dish?. no place for cosmetics, no place for bigger towels to hung up ?. this was reported it to management but the owner refused to fixed. The staff from LetMalaga was placentero and tried to cooperate with this situation as much as posible .

Nice stay with some improvements for the future

It was really nice and big, i liked that it’s easy to contact the landlord to get any information, and it’s near from the center just 27min by bus

It would be nice to have more mirrors in the apartment instead of just one in the bathroom it was hard to just use one mirror to get ready+ the water was so cold and we didn’t notice the place of the water heater after a while so it would be nice to have an explanation where to find what in the apartment 🙏 but over all everything was good.

Excellent overall.

The apartment was big, bright and very spacious, very, very comfortable for a weekend stay. The kitchen was really useful and had everything we needed - fridge, washing machine, kettle, hob and oven, and plenty of work top space. The bed was also very comfortable and the bedroom was big and had great wardrobe space.

The toilet seat was broken, as were some of the slots on the sofa bed. There was quite a lot of dust and hair on the floor in the toilet and the door handle on the inside came off a couple of times.

Clean, well appointed apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, very convenient for the metro.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, and reasonably well appointed. The roof terrace was a pleasant quiet spot. The location was a quiet neighbourhood, very handy for a metro station which meant I could be in the Centre in 10 minutes.

Access to the building was a bit tricky, although the owner did warn about this. I could have benefited from instruction manuals for the unfamiliar kitchen appliances.

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit viel Platz, schöner kleiner Balkon und oben die Gemeinschaft terasse, perfekt

Ab und an sind die Sicherungen rausgesprungen, bei Benutzung des Wasserkochers oder bei der Benutzung des etwas älteren Modell eines Toasters ( den würde ich sofort entsorgen). Mir wurde sehr schnell ein neuer Wasserkocher besorgt, aber das Problem war anscheinend nicht der Wasserkocher sondern die Elektrische Leitung. Leider war das WLAN nicht immer stabil.

Wyposażenie apartamentu było adekwatne do potrzeb, były talerze, sztućce, garnki, patelnie - wszystko do samodzielnego przyrządzania potraw na miejscu, dodatkowo mikrofalówka, piekarnik, a także pralka, żelazko, suszarka na pranie. Apartament był świetnie skomunikowany z centrum Malagi - 8 minut metrem. Krótki spacer do plaży. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Nieopodal dużo sklepów spożywczych oraz kilka budowało się domów, ale wracałam późno i już była cisza.

W łazience niekorzystnym rozwiązaniem okazała się szyba zamiast drzwi do prysznica - woda wylewała się na posadzkę łazienki przy każdym myciu.

Está en un lugar al lado de la playa y con muchas tiendas cerca, tiene bares y de todo lo que puedas buscar a mano.

Tuvimos que esperar hasta las 3 de la tarde en la calle porque no podíamos entrar. No había agua y el apartamento estaba bastante sucio por no decir mucho me dejaron el cubo de la fregona en la puerta con el agua negra, me encontré una cucaracha y nos dejaron de regalo una bayeta y estropajo para fregar y sin lavavajillas ni nada, ni fregasuelos ni nada. Por lo menos facilitar útiles de limpieza si queréis que dejemos todo limpio, creo que se paga lo suficiente para tener en cada apartamento productos de limpieza

La limpieza. No estaba limpio como debería. Los suelos estaban sin barrer y el baño las paredes muy sucias. El armario de la habitación estaba roto y tardaron 2 días para solucionarlo. La campana de la cocina también estaba rota.

Современная система вентиляции. Современный кодовый замок: заезд и выезд без персонала, ключ не нужен. Метро и магазины в двух минутах. До пляжа 10 минут пешком.

Номер был не достаточно хорошо убран: при первом посещении уборной сразу видно было на стене висели волосы от предыдущих посетителей. На приборах для готовки остатки еды. В душевой отсутствует дверца и, при принятии душа, половина воды выливается на пол и надо каждый раз протирать пол.

La pulizia lasciamo perdere ho trovato dei capelli nelle lenzuola e in bagno e tanta tanta polvere, mia figlia nn poteva camminare scalza che i piedi diventavano neri, ho dovuto anche lavare i pavimenti con scarsi risultati, poi due asciugamani grandi e basta(e noi eravamo in 3) mancava quello da viso e da bidet(vi conviene portare qualche asciugamano in più) in cucina nn c’era condimento solo pentole, posate, piatti e bicchieri.

A város egyik csendesebb utcájában, egy felújított modern épületben, mindenhez közel helyezkedik el ez a fantasztikus apartman. A környék egész csendes, és minden 10 percen belül van. A tengerpart, a Mercadona, Nube Doble, busz és metró csak pár percre van. Arányaiban hatalmas a lakás, rengeteg helyünk volt, kényelmesen el lehet tenni mindent, sok szekrény és polc van minden szobában. A tisztaság, a felszereltség kiváló. Imádtuk, hogy két fürdőszoba és két TV van! A jól felszerelt konyha, a hatalmas hűtő, a mosogatógép és a mosógép is a kedvencünk volt. Jó, hogy van terasz is! Szerettük, hogy nem kell kulcs, a számzár nagyon sokat egyszerűsít a mimdennapokban.

Az egyik fürdőszoba ajtaja nem igazán zárható, de ez nem okozott nagy problémát egy családban. Nincs a fürdőben törölköző tartó vagy akasztó, hiányzik egy-két polc, és a zuhanyzóban sincs helye a tusfürdőnek. A klíma csak központilag szabályozható (pedig vannak szobánként panelek, de azok valamiért nem működtek), de be tudtuk jól állítani és hamar lehűtötte a lakást. Nem igazán negatívum, csak jelzem, hogy a TV-ken be voltak jelentkezve az előző vendégek YouTube, Netflix, stb. felhasználóként. Ez nem a szállásadó gondja.

Fast perfekt

Ein Freund und ich waren hier 6 Tage für Remote Work und Padel Coaching. Die Ausstattung und Lage war für uns absolut top. Die Wohnung ist sauber und riesig. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet - Waschmachine, Spühlmaschine, Kochplatten, Mirkowelle, Herd, usw. . Auch wenn auf der Straße gebaut wurde, waren die Fenster so gut isoliert, dass man kaum etwas gehört hat. Auch der Check-In war durch den Türcode super einfach. Die Check-In Instruktionen waren sehr klar und übersichtlich bei WhatsApp. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Klimaanlage war einige Nächte "off", wodurch es extrem warm war. Der größte Minuspunkt für uns war mit Abstand das WLAN, was alle paar Minuten plötzlich die Verbindung verloren hat. Wir mussten für die Arbeit über die kompletten 6 Tage auf unsere mobilen Daten zurückgreifen, da es unmöglich war andernfalls Videocalls zu führen. Ein kleines und unwichtiges Manko war die Kommunikation, da es am Tag der Buchung 4x die gleiche WhatsApp Benachrichtigung innerhalb weniger Minuten gab - was wie eine fehlehafte Automatisierung wirkt. Trotzdem kam die Bitte zum digitalen Check in erst 24h vor dem Check-In, was relativ kurzfristig ist.

L’une des pires expériences de location via booking. Comment attribuer un classement “Très Bien”?

Le point positif : il est situé à 3mn de la station de métro et 10 mn de la mer

Je ne comprends pas comment un appartement comme celui peut obtenir une note de 8,1 ( Très bien ) Les murs étaient très sales, pour ne pas dire dégueulasses. Certaines personnes ont dû marcher sur les murs. Le canapé est immonde ( sale, déchiré, etc ..) Salle de bain : aucuns crochets pour accrocher les vêtements ou les serviettes. L’agence ne prévoit pas de changement de serviettes pour les séjours de moins d’une semaine. L’appartement est très mal insonorisé, on entend le voisin qui ronfle et les travaux dans l’immeuble voisin commence à 8h00 Une odeur permanente d’humidité.
