Lovely apartment on the top floor with a nice terrace and views of the surroundings

Lovely apartment on the top floor with a nice terrace and views of the surroundings. The location is 10 minutes away from the city centre by metro, but in a wonderful neighbourhood with all the essentials nearby: a bakery 100 m, a supermarket 200 m, and many cafés around the corner. It was so lovely to get a sense of life in Malaga, and the friendly people who live there; everyone was very helpful.

The apartment was well-equipped, but a few minor issues could be improved. The shower sprays water in all directions except downwards, and there are no hooks anywhere to hang kitchen towels or similar items (we had to use the front door). Some shelves or drawers in the bedrooms would have been helpful too. The process for accessing the apartment via a phone app was quite complicated. It was helpful that someone was entering the building while we were working out how to use the app. The video showing how to find the designated parking space in the garage was unhelpful.

Only the sofa bed had a toilet spot, which was not hygienic. Also our flight was early so we asked if we could come a little early the answer was no which was understanding, then we asked 30min before to get the keys which we also got a no and we had to wait.

Loved this Apartment & Location!

We stayed at this property twice in May for a wedding and family visit. The apartment is conveniently located across from a gorgeous park, with stores, restaurants, coffee shops & the metro all within walking distance. The apartment itself is the penthouse unit, nicely updated with a large terrace. Staff was accommodating for early check-in and access instructions were easy to follow. With family living in the area, we look forward to future stays at the playa.

New apartment with a great terrace with a great location in Malaga

The location of the apartment was great - there are a number of shops on the ground floor of the block of houses, and further on it's between the metro and the beach. The apartment is new, the photos correspond to reality. it is on the 9th floor of the apartment building. The bedrooms are smaller, the kitchen identical, the couch in the living room is a sofa bed, we were comfortable with 5 people. The best part is the terrace - it is spacious and awesome. The terrace and the apartment are overlooked by the neighbouring house, which is about 16 storeys high, but we didn't mind that - we found it perfectly fine and normal in the city. Kitchenette facilities - everything we needed was there, except for a cutting board for cutting food - we bought that, so it's there now too. And the bathroom is big and very nice. I highly recommend the accommodation - we would love to come again. What I really thank the owners for is that when I asked them for an early check-in option (we were arriving in Malaga at 10am), they made it possible and we were able to have a short rest and enjoy our arrival day as well. I would also like to add my appreciation for the indoor parking - it is in a parking facility a short walk from the house and was very helpful. While it is theoretically possible to park right next to the house (for free), the spots were always taken and apparently there are not enough. A few streets away, parking was realistic, but it was much more convenient this way.

There was nothing negative about the apartment in my opinion. So I can only give the owner 2 ideas for improvements - it might still be worth adding cloth tea towels (they are not in the kitchen) and some jacket hangers could be added at the entrance to the apartment. (There is no classic wardrobe in the apartment).

Varias humedades (pequeñas), faltaba un cuadro, grifo del baño algo roto, y me dejaron cosas en una bolsa de basura. Ademas, llame que llegaba a las 00.00 me dijeron que sin problema, y luego entre de casualidad al edificio que entraba otra persona, sino me quedo en la calle la 1a noche

Super udany pobyt :)

Lokalizacja, Udogodnienia w mieszkaniu, Klimatyzacja z funkcją grzania (w nocy zdecydowanie się przydała). Kontakt z osobami odpowiedzialnym za mieszkanie, bardzo fajny. Bardzo fajne mieszkanie. Do centrum metrem 10 Minut + 5 minut na dojście do metra, na plażę ok 10 minut. W okolicy dużo kawiarni, sklepy 5-10 minut od mieszkania.

Nie chciałbym, żeby to zabrzmiało pretensjonalnie, a tylko bym chciał Państwu zwrócić uwagę na parę rzeczy. Widać, że niektóre elementy mieszkania są już wysłużone, przydałoby się odświeżenie. Do instrukcji dorzuciłbym zdjęcie drzwi z zewnątrz, zdjęcia trochę mylą i szukaliśmy białych drzwi. Trochę się czepiam ale w instrukcji na zdjęciach do otwarcia drzwi, kolorystyka guzików jest niebieska a w rzeczywistości są żółte. Przy ekspresie do kawy przydałaby się blaszka na której można postawić filiżankę a nie stać i ją trzymać, domyślam się, że kiedyś tam była.

Als ik terug zou gaan zou ik hier zeker nogmaals verblijven.

Modern appartement met een heerlijk dakterras. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je verblijft tussen de locals en er zijn allerlei voorzieningen dichtbij zoals restaurants, het strand, mercadona, slagers, bakkers etc.

De bedden zijn aan de wat hardere kant. De keuken heeft twee kookpitjes dus als je niet uit eten gaat en zelf wil koken is het wel een beetje passen en meten.

Tolles Apartment mit genialer Dachterrasse

Obwohl die Lage inmitten vieler großer Wohnblocks ist, war es sehr ruhig dort, man hat kaum was von der Strasse mitbekommen, hatten nachts aber auch Fenster aufgrund der Temperaturen geschlossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Dachterrasse ist super, wir konnten selbst in den Weihnachtsferien auf der Dachterrasse Mittag essen und uns sonnen. Man hat eine sehr gute Metro-Anbindung in die Innenstadt/Altstadt von Malaga, so dass man für Malaga eigentlich kein Auto benötigt. Haben wir trotz Mietwagen sehr oft genutzt, da es schwierig ist, Parkplätze in Malaga zu finden. Metro ist sehr sauber. Da wir aber einen Mietwagen vorab gemietet hatten, war der kostenlose Stellplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus Gold wert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen wurde uns schnell über WhatsApp (auf Englisch) geholfen und bei Bedarf kam auch ziemlich schnell jemand in die Wohnung, der uns helfen konnte. Alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohngegend ist geprägt von vielen Hochhäusern, was aber typisch für Malaga ist.

Apartament super, byliśmy na parę dni i w sumie to nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Mieszkanie pełniło funkcje jedynie spania bo całymi dniami byliśmy w terenie. Wyposażone było we wszytko czego potrzeba (byly nawet mini szampony itp) Jedynie czego mi brakowało to jakiejś szafy na ubrania.

Außergewöhnlich gut!

Beste Unterkunft in Málaga! Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine außergewöhnliche Dachterrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Zum Strand ca. 1km. 300m von der Wohnung entfernt ist eine E-Roller Station. Wir haben uns dort immer Limes gemietet und sind mit diesen ca. 15min ins Zentrum gefahren und zu den umliegenden Stränden. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.
