Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a property, stay away.

Great location close to the beach and in a very nice part of Malaga.

Our stay was seriously affected by ongoing hot water problems, which were reported early and repeatedly, but largely ignored for most of the stay. Basically, the water boiler would most of the time not start or abruptly stop while taking a shower. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, responses were slow, unclear, or absent, and no effective solution was provided in a reasonable timeframe. It is unacceptable to repeteadly report the problem and ask for a resolution on a basic amenity and only getting either igonored, or postponed using excuses around the lack of availability of a tehnician - to note that the issue appeared on Day 1 and it was only fixed on Day 9, with no real solution being offered in the meantime. This isssue significantly impacted basic daily comfort, especially as we were traveling with 2 children (9 month old and 9 year old). In addition, the apartment was uncomfortably cold for some of the days, further worsening the experience. Both issues were only addressed on the last day, far too late to make any real difference. A lack of responsiveness and action when basic amenities like hot water are not working is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting prompt support and basic comfort - the only thing that TESS prioritizes is getting you to pay everything upfront the entire sum + warranty. Thanks the property management team at TESS Vacacional for redefining what bad customer service looks like.

Perfect stay.

Perfect location. Right across the street from the beach and an easy walk to the bus stop for quick access to downtown, transportation and attractions. There are a multitude of restaurants within a block or two. The hosts were very friendly. Overall, we could not have picked a better place to stay and would happily return.

Toilet paper and soap were not provided. These were easy to obtain from a nearby store, but created an awkward moment when we first checked in.

Spacious and bright apartman next to Parque del Oeste

Very nice spacious apartment in a less touristy area of Malaga with a lot of amenities (including beach gear) and view on the Parque del Oeste. The apartment is silent, bright and can be cooled down with the AC. The beach is very close and there are also a number of easy going options for food/drinks/ice cream as well as some grocery stores nearby. Free parking spots are aplenty in the area. The walk into midtown is ~5 km (doable even with kids), but Uber was preferred for ~20 EUR/ride.

No real negatives, there is no dedicated parking spot within the building, but that can be easily overcome. Hot water pressure can be a bit low at times, but not sure if that's related to the apartman or not.

El apartamento está fenomenal, amplio, cómodo y con muy buena calidad, tanto los colchones, como los electrodomésticos, el mobiliario, la urbanización con piscina... Todo genial. Está muy cerca de la playa de la misericordia, menos de 5 minutos andando. Hemos disfrutado mucho. La atención de Ana (de la agencia), estupenda, atendiendo todas nuestras solicitudes.

Nos gustó todo, si bien, estaría aún mejor si incluyera una plaza de parking. Ya que en temporada alta en la zona puede ser complicado aparcar.
