Fantastic Location 3 min walk to the beach and very comfortable! FANTASTIC! Very clean! Hosts were so helpful! We needed more towels and an hour after we requested someone came to bring! Excellent that it had a washing machine for washing sandy stuff. Very comfortable beds and showers! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. No complaints! Excellent value for money. Would come back anytime and highly recommend to friends!

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect when we arrived. The apartment is complete and very well located. Few steps from the térmica beach and several restaurants, grocery nearby. The apartment is in a quiet location even with the construction around the corner.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment within walking distance of the beach. Good A/C. Many amenities provided, even milk, water, coffee supplies, toiletries, towels, etc. Very good host communication. Elevator.

This is just informational, these are not deal breakers as we really liked this place and would stay again: A little complicated to figure out parking and entry when we first arrived (need to park outside building, have host allow you into apartment building and apartment remotely, get key and garage remote from inside the apartment, then you can use the remote to open the 2 gates to get into the garage area). Parking spot is best for a small car or else need some very strong parking skills for a medium and wouldn’t recommend anything large. We had a medium sized car so we parked in the garage on day 1 but then on the street after (there was generally street parking that we found a block or so away and parking in the area seemed safe). We did notice that while the showers were nice, with 3 people though the hot water ran out in both bathrooms by about midway through the 2nd person’s shower if all were using them around the same time. Also, there is a balcony, but it faces a lot with some construction (ocean is at a distant view to the left).

Poolen räckte för oss och det blev bad varje dag. Närheten till stranden var ett stort plus.

Vi blev insläppta på distans och nycklarna fanns i lägenheten.

Parkeringsplatsen krävde bra backningsskills. Tre betongstolpar gav en viss utmaning. Men när man tränat några gånger så.

Perfekt für Familien & Ruheliebhaber

Ruhige Lage, Nähe am Strand. Pluspunkt: Wasser und Milch standen bereits zur Verfügung bei Ankunft. Mit kleinen Kindern eine super Zusatzleistung, da wir uns nicht zuerst darum kümmern mussten und entspannt ankommen konnten. Geschmackvoll und schlicht eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.
