La cercanía a la playa y la distribución del apartamento.
Como única pega diría que se revise haya suministros tal como para el lavavajillas antes de dar el apartamento a los huéspedes ya que en mi caso no había pastillas de repuesto.

Very simple apartment was nice. Myself and 3 girls went for a long weekend for a gym competition and didn't need to spend too much time in it. Was very clean. Was definitely good value for money for what you got. The location was a 3 minute walk to the promenade but about 20 mins to malaga city centre.
One bathroom between 4 girls was definitely a struggle and the hot water was minimal. The beds were extremely thin and the covers were minimal. Was grand for what we needed it for but wasn't overly comfortable. The kitchen was poorly stocked with appliances, there was no kettle so had to boil water in the pot. Only one bath towel & a hand towel each, no extras for kitchen or floor. Was a nice place if you werent spending overly long in it.
