Great Apt on the beach 40 min walk to Centro

Very comfortable for a family - with 3 bedrooms, lots of space and great outdoor space as well.

Exceptional

This place is just perfect for a stay in Malaga. Close to everything you may dream of, but not too crowded and lots of Cafes around. The terrace is amazing, especially if you are looking for some more privacy, but to have an amazing view over the city. You also get balconies facing the sea which is cool. The property is huge, perfect for a group of people or a big family

Spacious & Good to the Eye

As the title mentions, spacious, good looking to the eye. The house distribution is really nice, the balcony with views to the beach and Calle Pacifico.

It was good to the eye, but it definitely needs an interior upgrade: couch, chairs, living room TV, frying pan, plates and cutlery almost 50% of the interior. It wasn’t properly cleaned. Just observable from distance with the naked eye. When advised to the property, they did act immediately without a delay and send someone over to clean and left it really satisfying afterwards

OK for few days stay.

Central location. Enough space in the appartment (as we were just two pwersons).

Kitchen not so nice (end of life kattles, frying pans, etc.). Quite a lot of noise from the near by road.

Super Lage, super Unterkunft!

Die Lage war top! Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und sauber! Modern eingerichtet! Sehr schöne, große Terrasse! Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in Málaga

Es fehlen vielleicht paar Gläser und kleine Schälchen (aber das ist kein „Minus“ für diese Unterkunft) Es wäre schön, wenn der Durchgang zum externen Schlafzimmer überdacht wäre (wir hatten leider zwei Tage Regen), man ist aber nicht aus Zucker 😉

Uns hat alles gefallen. Die Lage und man hatte alles was man braucht. Was sehr nett war, dass wir schon früher einchecken durften. Das war wirklich top!

Leider gab es einige Mücken. Haben uns einen Raumstecker für Mücken besorgt und dass hat am Ende geholfen. Vllt könnte man dafür sorgen, welche zur Verfügung zu stellen

Lokalita bola super blízko pláže , reštaurácii , barov aj centra Mesta . A pohodlne postele .

No tak nebola tepla voda z 3 kúpeľni len v jednej bola . Keď sme zapli práčku a umývačkuriadu tak sa elektrina vypne v celom apartmáne … jeden veľký uterák len na 9 noci je malo a aj 5 kotúčov wc papiera si myslím pre 6 ľudí je akože dosť malo 😂 vonkajšia veľká terasa bola super veľká každú noc sme si posedeli vonku ale ten umelý trávnik proste špina mali by to vyčistiť … Iˇ

Super lokalizacja!

Dobra Lokalizacja. Bezpośrednio przy promenadzie nadmorskiej jest super! Duży wygodny taras , który jest zacieniony w godzinach poranny i wieczornych . Ładny widok na miasto z 7 piętra i na zachód słonca . Garaż w budynku. Do centrum spacer - ok. 3 km - 45 minut spacerem.

Pomimo, że mieszkaniu były 3 łazienki to sprawna była tylko jedna. Wykryte wady: zapchany odpływ , zepsuta słuchawka prysznicowa, zepsuta deska sedesowa . W mieszkaniu czuć zgniły zapach. W dwóch łazienkach gniazda komarów. Pogryzły nas w nocy. Potwierdzam poprzednie recenzje - kuchnia bardzo miernie wyposażona. Brak filiżanki na kawę.

Nagyon jó

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, közvetlenül a tengerparton, bárok, éttermek a közelben. A városközpontba gyorsan be lehet jutni. A szállás kényelmes, szépen berendezett, jól működő légkondicionálóval, szekrényekkel, amikbe jól el lehet pakolni. Hatalmas műfűvel borított, kényelmesen berendezett terasz ülőgarnitúrával, napozóágyakkal, étkezőasztallal, napellenzővel.

A fürdőszobák nagyobb odafigyelést igényelnek. A konyhában néhány felszerelés pl. dugóhúzó, tányéralátét hasznos lenne.

AC var väldigt olika i olika rum trots central inställning. Propparna gick vid flera tillfällen man hade ugn och spis på samtidigt.

Auf keinen Fall nochmal

Die Lage ist gut da es direkt am Meer ist und die Bar im Erdgeschoss hervorragendes Frühstück anbietet

Eine Zumutung! Die Wohnung ist komplett Sanierungsbedürftig. Die Bilder haben vielleicht mit der Realität von vor 10. Jahren was gemeinsam. Am zweien Tag Wiese nochmal gereinigt. Aber kaputte Möbel, Badezimmer, Fenster und co sind nicht mit Besen und Lappen zu reparieren. Sehr enttäuschend. Erst buchen, wenn saniert wurde.
