Excellent overnight stay

The instructions to get into the property were clear and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and had everything that was needed . The bed was warm and comfortable. There were clean towels and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The host kindly provided some extra travel information for me which was useful before my arrival.

Once inside the entrance was a little confusing. The check in instructions were clear although I would say the missing information was which floor the building was on . As a lone female traveler and it being dark outside by the time I arrived and the lights were on a timer . So a tip would be to use your phone torch , although a little fiddly when you are carrying a few bags etc. This was my only blip to an otherwise lovely stay.

Extrem schmutzig. Überall auf dem Boden war Dreck, in manchen Ecken muss sich der Staub schon seit langer Zeit gesammelt haben, in der Küche hat alles geklebt, was man angefasst hat. Daher war es nur logisch, dass auch Ameisen durch die Wohnung gelaufen sind.

Me gusto la zona y la forma de hacer el check in . Es una zona rodeada de todo tipo de servicios y el anfitrión es amable

La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia , el baño estaba lleno de pelos y suciedad, polvo , el suelo sin barrer de literalmente toda la casa , y yo principalmente lo noté en la habitación porque soy alérgica al polvo y , había polvo por las mesitas , la comoda , el ventilador , debajo de la cama , el suelo , vamos ni siquiera pise el suelo sin zapatos , olía el cuarto a poco limpio y sinceramente esto es una crítica constructiva para que se cuide este tipo de detalles , ya que puede hacer que las estancias no sean realmente cómodas . Por todo lo demás muy bien pero la limpieza debe cuidarse mucho más

Mala experiencia con extraños discutiendo en el lugar

El dueño un señor muy cordial y dispuesto a ayudar y colaborar con los hospedados.

Unas personas que ni se estaban quedando en el piso ni tampoco el dueño mencionó vivían ahí llegaron a gritar, a discutir, tirar las puertas y aparte con una bebé llorando muchísimo, sin ningún respeto de los huéspedes alojados. No sé de qué país o cultura era por que tenían su propio dialecto pero deverdad terrible experiencia, además de que asustan los gritos y golpes a cualquiera.

Dette er det væreste og mest 'fake' overnatningstilbud jeg nogensinde har oplevet. En gay-lejlighed

alt - gik slet ikke ind. Stedet er en alm beboelses lejlighed i alm opgang - uden nogen form for 'skiltning' på hotel/overnatning eller lign. En opgangsbeboer viste mig til rette lejlighed på 2 sal. Ved min henvendelse åbnede en mand ca 50 år - nøgen med kun et løst håndklæde omkring sit underliv. Han var uforstående og talte meget lidt/ingen engelsk. En anden lidt yngre mand kom til syne - denne med tøj på - og kunne en smule mere engelsk. Begge var uforstående og gav indtryk af at bo i lejligheden. De viste mig et tlf nr jeg kunne ringe til. Ved mit opkald traf jeg en kvinde - lød ældre - som udelukkende og KUN kunne spansk - ingen mulighed for samtale. Jeg afbrød. Derefter forsøgte jeg at skrive til værten via min bookning hos Booking.com - ca 10 min senere kom tilsyneladende en vært - mand - som forklarede at det var et booket enkeltpersons værelse i en delt lejlighed. Dvs. jeg skulle være på et alm værelse som del af en alm. beboelseslejlighed som var beboet af 2 andre mænd. Dette er langt fra en standard hos et hotel/lejligheds bookingselskab efter min mening. Det fremstod som en tydelig base for gay- personer, som jeg intet ønske havde om at bo som en del af. Jeg udtrykte tydeligt min vrede over dette - fake - overnatningssted og forlod stedet uden at være kommet ind. Indtrykket som mødte mig udefra var rigeligt. Værten blev gjort tydeligt klar over min vrede over denne udlejling. Jeg forsøgte at annullere min bookning - men dette var ikke muligt. Jeg klager i allerhøjeste grad over dette udlejningssteds skjulte indhold og fake annonce - og jeg ønsker min betaling refunderet.

La ubicación es excelente porque el piso está muy cerca de la playa, de medios de transporte como bus y metro, y de tiendas de conveniencia

Faltaba un poco más de limpieza, sobre todo en la cocina y en aparatos electrónicos como la nevera y el microondas. También destacar, aunque no resultó ser un problema, que el casero vive en el piso. Es un hombre amable pero esa información no se especificaba en la descripción del alojamiento

L'appartement se trouve dans une cité, les chambres sont collées les unes aux autres et les parois étant très minces on entendait tout, les ronflements dans les chambres voisines, les voisins, les bruits de rue. La salle de bain tellement près des chambres qu'on entendait aussi tous les bruits. Le dessus de lit était sale, plusieurs tâches. Les serviettes de bain toutes tachées de javel. Le frigo n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps Et tout ça pour 80€ la nuit !!!!!! Bref, à fuir

De slaapkamer was prettig en het bed was comfortabel. De kamer ligt vlak bij het vliegveld en voor 1 nacht geschikt.

De keuken was vies, de wc bril was erg vies en het balkon stond vol met rommel. De kleine oude flat was op zich netjes opgeknapt maar duidelijk een beleggingsobject gelegen in een oud woonblok. Voor deze prijs heb ik tijdens de afgelopen reis beduidend fijnere accomodaties geboekt.

Schlechte Hygiene, Mücken in der Nacht, keine Fensternetze. 5 Menschen die sich nicht kennen in einem kleinen Wohnraum gepfercht, benutzen 1 Toilette. Ventilationsöffnung der Toilette öffnet sich in der Küche. Was man hören kann während des Frühstücks soll ich nicht beschreiben. Bad Hygiene, Mosquitos in the night, no mosquito nets. 5 people sharing 1 Toilet in a small dwelling. Toilet ventilation passes through the kitchen. Do You like more?

JUEGA A LA CONFUSIÓN. En la descripción general del alojamiento, no indica nada de que se alquile por habitaciones. Solo menciona, y varias veces, que está alquilando un APARTAMENTO. En ese juego a la confusión, en el título del alojamiento, incluye la palabra ROOM. Hay que mirar en la parte secundaria del anuncio, abajo del todo, para encontrar una frase que si menciona que alquila por habitaciones, continuando ofreciendo espacios comunes como si fuesen de apartamento entero para uno, o eso es lo que interpretamos nosotros Me da pena tener que escribir un comentario así, pero creo que es muy sencillo no jugar a la confusión. Si uno realmente quiere ser claro y honesto con los usuarios de Booking, no creo que sea difícil especificar en la descripción general del alojamiento, que se alquila por habitaciones. A mi parecer, esa es la información prioritaria que se debe dar, con mucha diferencia respecto a cualquier otro tipo de información. Y lo siento, por lo que pueda ocasionar este comentario a su dueño, pero no se es claro al respecto, y en este momento pienso más en otros usuarios que en otra cosa, por lo que si algún día veo que esto ha cambiado, seré el primero en modificar este comentario. En cuanto al barrio, llegamos por la noche. Los pisos colindantes al alojamiento no tenían buena pinta ni daba sensación de seguridad (Adjunto fotos. Quizás durante el día esta percepción sea distinta). En ese momento, recibimos un mensaje del dueño para explicarnos como acceder al alojamiento e indicando que había más personas en el alojamiento. Ahí es cuando nos dimos cuenta que se alquilaba por habitaciones y cuando decidimos irnos a un hotel pagando 70€. Sigo echando en falta fotos del edificio exterior. El precio es desorbitadamente alto para lo que se ofrece (60€) y creo que no es digno de ser "Booking".
