Refugio del Madroño - Estudio Moderno en Málaga

The accommodation looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchens equipment was more than enough and had plastic boxes provided, which we aprecciated as we could store opened food items in them. The bathroom was spacious and a benefit of the mirror was that it came with built-in light! Cleanliness of the place when we arrived was good and they left us complimentary bottled water with apple juice in the fridge - very nice gesture. The place is big and could fit 3 people comfortably. The location is amazing as it was close to beaches, stores and even some fast food chains (the closest one is probably Domino's pizza). Bus/train stops are about 5 - 10 minute walk away, so visiting the historical city centre and going back to airport was no issue at all.

The only thing that made our stay less pleasant was the bad water odour coming from the shower. Unfortunately that was a common smell across the city or at least around the area where the apartment is located but after few days we got pretty much used to it. The bad smell can be masked/reduced by air freshener (a lot of it). Mercadona comes in handy as there are 2 stores very close to the apartment. Side note: if you see a cockroach in the apartment it possibly came from the outside as we encountered few at night and one got in but the accommodation provides a spray against the insect! Checked the whole apartment after that incident and found nothing, even the days after it was cockroachless

Bonito, cómodo, limpio, buena ubicación.

El baño olía bastante como a cloaca y el olor salía al área del salón camas, etc.

Era muy cómodo y tenía de todo para el día a día, tuvimos algún inconveniente con la alarma de incendios y aún llamando fuera del horario nos respondieron, además de dejarnos agua,cápsulas de café,galletas y zumo para consumo. La verdad que lo recomiendo bastante, todo muy cómodo,a 10 minutos de la playa y en los alrededores era fácil encontrar comida o un supermercado.

El olor del baño es bastantes molesto cuando estás dentro de este, pero al cerrar la puerta no lo sientes desde fuera.

Bardzo przykry zapach kanalizacji wydobywający się z łazienki. Nie można było go niczym zlikwidować , wietrzenie było rozwiązaniem ale to obniżało temp w pokoju a potem ciężko było nagrzać
