Refugio del Madroño - Estudio Moderno en Málaga

Ciche osiedle, mieszkanie czyste z klimatyzacją, dobrze wyposażone oraz ładnie urządzone. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra: blisko do sklepów, przystanków oraz co najważniejsze do morza dosłownie 10 minut piechotą.

Kanalizację w łazience. Oświetlenie na bardziej ciepłe, przydałaby się też mała lampka.

The accommodation looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchens equipment was more than enough and had plastic boxes provided, which we aprecciated as we could store opened food items in them. The bathroom was spacious and a benefit of the mirror was that it came with built-in light! Cleanliness of the place when we arrived was good and they left us complimentary bottled water with apple juice in the fridge - very nice gesture. The place is big and could fit 3 people comfortably. The location is amazing as it was close to beaches, stores and even some fast food chains (the closest one is probably Domino's pizza). Bus/train stops are about 5 - 10 minute walk away, so visiting the historical city centre and going back to airport was no issue at all.

The only thing that made our stay less pleasant was the bad water odour coming from the shower. Unfortunately that was a common smell across the city or at least around the area where the apartment is located but after few days we got pretty much used to it. The bad smell can be masked/reduced by air freshener (a lot of it). Mercadona comes in handy as there are 2 stores very close to the apartment. Side note: if you see a cockroach in the apartment it possibly came from the outside as we encountered few at night and one got in but the accommodation provides a spray against the insect! Checked the whole apartment after that incident and found nothing, even the days after it was cockroachless

Bonito, cómodo, limpio, buena ubicación.

El baño olía bastante como a cloaca y el olor salía al área del salón camas, etc.

El estudio es bastante fresco y bonito con sus plantitas y decoración. Está preparado para que puedas comer allí con microondas, nevera, vajilla y tiene una ducha enorme... Las camas eran bastante cómodas. Tienen detalle de dejarte agua, zumo y varias toallas limpias.

CUCARACHAS. A pesar de que nos mandaron un video 2h antes del chek in de la limpieza del estudio, al entrar nos encontramos con más de 7 cucarachas muertas repartidas entre baño, salón Y ENCIMA DE LA CAMA! (Posiblemente porque hay hueco entre la puerta principal y la calle). El suelo en general no estaba NADA limpio y el baño olía a cloaca constantemente. Eso sí, nos dejaron un ambientador eléctrico (totalmente vacío)... Entiendo que el estudio tiene un precio competente, pero por favor... URGE LIMPIEZA..
