●The owner was very friendly and polite, which knew English and the communication was very good. He give us the necessary info regarding what we can do in Malaga, and his recommendations were good. ●The apartment was clean and for the kitchen facilities I confirm as described. ● Pictures should be updated showing that apartment has air condition in the living room. ●Bed is hard(it's a matter of preference- we liked it)and narrow(1,4m), but at least is long 2m :) The sofa I don't find it properly for sleeping in case someone is thinking to book for 4 persons. ●The WiFi works well ●The parking is inside the building, covered and very safe. Access is done with a remote control. The space could be challenging for a big car and a beginner driver. ●The building has an outside pool and a small tennis court. Other fitness and spa facilities are few streets away at Inaqua Malaga center. ●In the area you can find local restaurants, local fruits and meat shops and also hypermarkets (Mercadona, Carrefour, Lidl)

●The apartment is not to well insulated. The neighbors can be heard easily, but during the night was quiet. We caught also windy days and the outside noise was annoying. ● The quality of the towels, bed sheets and blanket. Could be better! ●For the hot water is used a boiler system, which is enough for 2 long shower and then you have to wait.

Nice holiday with family :)

Apartment is very good located. 10 min. walk from the beach. One step to Mercadona, Carrefour and small shops. There are many good restaurants. Next to the Parque Litoral (with playgrounds). It's not so crowd and buisy as in center, so you can get rest. Very kind neighbours. There are two swimmingpools with lifeguard and small playground. Apartment is good equipment (you can find everything you need). If you want go to the city center, there is bus no 7 and metro. Owner is very kind and helpfull. If you looking flat in Malaga is good choice.

Algumas melhorias a fazer

Gostámos da localização, de ter comércio ao pé do alojamento e de ter estacionamento privativo. A piscina era muito boa!

A casa devia estar mais bem preparada para receber 4 pessoas, pois o sofá já não está funcional como cama. Não tinha máquina de café e a torneira da banheira não estava como deve ser...a nível de limpeza, devia ser melhorada, encontrámos formigas na sala e também deixaram as roupas das camas estendidas, tivémos que tratar dessa roupa para poder usar o estendal...acho que com um bocadinho de investimento, poderá ter um alojamento melhorado e valorizado, visto ter uma excelente localização!
