A lovely clean apartment with parking in an exceptional location.

Fantastic apartment with great views, the apartment was lovely and quiet and the parking was such a bonus. The host was great meeting us which gave us the personal touch. The apartment was also very clean. We all said we will definitely return and bring our families to stay.

Perfect location with everything you need.

This property is beautiful with amazing views. It is spotlessly clean, has everything you need and is centrally located within walking distance to all attractions. Kevin was fantastic and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was a central location with great views over the Liver building and the Mersey. Nothing was too much bother for our Host Kevin would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Liverpool.

Group Eurovision stay

The location was SO convenient for the Albert dock and for Liverpool City centre in general. The rooms were spacious, clean, well stocked (lots of towels, plenty of hangers) and the aircon was appreciated, the kitchen also had all the bits we needed. The highlight though was probably Kevin! His communication was so attentive and accommodating - his friendliness made our trip extra special!

One in our group found one of the single beds a tiny bit hard

Lovely clean, spacious apartment, with fantastic views. Nice quiet apartment in a quiet area & only a short walk to Albert Docks & City Centre. Free parking too! Host Renate’ couldn’t have been any more helpful & friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views.

Fabulous apartment overlooking the Mersey & the Liverbirds. Kevin met us on time & as easily arranged, gave us a wonderful tour of apartment & insight into attractions/things to do & provided some milk/tea for our arrival. Kevin gave us information about car park next door (which was invaluable) & also arranged car park space for duration of our time in the apartment. Views are amazing - we did use the binoculars, thank you! Also arranged beds so that all of us had a single (group of 5 friends). Brilliant base for easy access to docks & central shopping area.

Slight niggle - only one pillow per person & towels are a bit skimpy - everything else, fantastic.

Location was brilliant right next door to liver building few minutes walk to Albert dock. Wonderful views from apartment . Owner could not have been more helpful. Good to have private parking

The bed settee maybe could have had a thicker mattress but if only using bedrooms this is obviously not an issue and would not put us off going again.

Very comfortable apartment in perfect location

We stayed in the flat for a 4 night city break in Liverpool as a family of four. The flat is very well located to explore all the sights in the city - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. From the 10th floor you have a great view over the Mersey and the Liver building. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable and Kevin was a perfect host - very speedy communication before the stay and full of helpful advice and tips whilst we were staying. Highly recommended.

Stunning views from this beautiful apartment. Had absolutely everything you could ever need and more. Excellent location. Kevin went that extra mile as nothing was too much trouble for him, even sourcing us a foot pump for our slow puncture and helping us with it. Well earned break

Definitely recommend to all,prime location with an iconic view of the Liver building from all rooms,Also prime views of the river Mersey. Everything you need is all included, Kevin was fabulous and on hand to answer any questions anytime of the day, once the electric blinds opened it definitely gave you the wow factor we will definitely be staying again it’s the best place we have ever stayed in Liverpool!

Total relaxation and comfort exactly what we needed.

We had 2 nights at the apartment and it couldn’t have been better! Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived. The views are breathtaking and the apartment is spotless and comfortable. Kevin is so lovely and greeted us upon arrival with lots of information for first timers. We were already searching dates for another stay before we had even left.
