Train View Chalet

Excellent séjour. En dehors d’Ella c’est très agréable car en pleine nature. Petit déjeuner copieux. Dîner possible aussi sur place. Nous avons pu faire la journée en 4*4 à Lipton s’est, génial. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre chauffeur, et ils nous ont mis à disposition le van pour terminer notre séjour sereinement.

Budget plutôt élevé pour le Sri Lanka mais nous ne regrettons pas, c’était top !

We stayed here for 2 nights and our family loved it. The children loved sitting with their feet in the fish pond and letting the pigeons out in the evening. The room was super clean and fun. The fish tank in the wall and the train track on the floor kept the kids very entertained. It was super quiet and so nice to watch the train go by. The garden is beautiful and we saw lots of birds. We ate in the evenings here and the food was great. We did one trip to the second largest waterfall which was a brilliant day out, we really enjoyed it. We also hired Uditha a driver from train view for our entire trip of 25 days in Sri Lanka. He was brilliant, such a safe driver, coming from near Ella he was used to thin, windy roads and we always felt safe. We organised it before we arrived and he stayed with us the whole time.

מקום מאוד מאוד מיוחד, אחד המקומות שהכי אהבנו בסרי לנקה, הרבה אופי וייחודיות. הגן מקסים, מלא חיים! הצמחייה ובעלי החיים פשוט נהדר! נהנינו לצפות בסנאים ותרנגולי הבר הציפורים ועוד. אהבנו מאוד את הבריכה הטבעית, המים הקרים והמרעננים, ונהנו גם מספא הדגים. מקום באמת קסום, צוות נחמד. קרוב לתחנת הרכבת בבנדרוואלה. מקום שמתאים יותר לטיול עם רכב ונהג, אבל לא רק.

היינו שמחים אם בכל יום היו בודקים את החדר, מפנים אשפה, מוסיפים מים מטוהרים לשתיה וכל מה שצריך. דבר נוסף, קשה היה לי במיוחד כשבבקר אין אף פעם מים חמים בשל כך שפועל על דוד שמש בלבד.
