Die Tea Forest Lodge liegt etwa 12 Minuten mit dem Tuk Tuk von Ella, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir wollten fußläufig von der Nine Arches Bridge und vom Little Adam's Peak wohnen.
In 2 Wochen Rundreise waren wir in kaum einem anderen Hotel, in dem das Personal so nett und hilfsbereit war. Selbst unsere Wäsche wurde gegen kleines Entgelt gewaschen.
Unser Familienzimmer war einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Schöner Blick vom Balkon.
Auch das Frühstück war super, das beste, das wir in Sri Lanka hatten.
Dem Besitzer der Unterkunft gehört auch ein Massagesalon, den ich genutzt habe. Die Massage war gut, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Der Salon war einfach, aber sauber und der Preis super.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect—even helping with laundry, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering a great start to each day. The whole experience felt warm and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ella.

We loved the staff and the location in the hills away from the main Ella crowds. Food was good and we had a wonderful foot massage after dinner!

Location is ideal for nine arches & little Adam’s peak. The breakfast area is really lovely looking over the jungle green. Siva the guy who works at the guest house is extremely helpful, offering help with anything during your stay in Ella.
The room we stayed in was very dated, pillows need replacing, sheet didn’t fit the bed etc. For some this might not be a problem as a quick stop over, but it was enough to disturb my sleep during the stay.
