New Green View Guest House Kithal Ella

The hosts were the kindest and most welcoming people we have ever met during our travels. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, even inviting us to a local celebration and spending the entire evening with us. It was such a special and authentic experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the accommodation is perfectly located just a short distance from Ella town, surrounded by nature and away from the crowds. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Neat room and nice view

La camera era molto carina e pulita. Acqua calda in doccia. Bollitore con tazzine presenti in stanza. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione comoda, abbiamo affittato uno scooter presso la guest house ad un prezzo ragionevole ed eravamo a 30 min da tutte le attrazioni principali. Struttura immersa nel verde con bella vista e sentieri per passeggiare vicini. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La nostra stanza affacciava sulla strada principale quindi era un po' rumoroso al mattino (traffico, clacson, passanti). Di notte si sentiva il rumore degli sciacquoni delle altre stanze. Per lo Sri Lanka é abbastanza comune quindi dopo un po' ci si abitua.

We had a very amazing time at New Green View! From the moment we stepped in we felt super welcome, the whole team is just lovely and took such good care of us! The rooms are simple but very comfortable with a great view to nature. We could order breakfast & dinner. They also offered us free tea everyday when we returned from our tips in Ella. The location is a bit outside, you would need a scooter (which we rented from them) or a TukTuk to get to town and around. But we honestly loved the location because it was much more quiet & also next to great cafes and restaurants, all offering sunning views! We extended our 4 night stay to 9 nights, because we just didn’t wanted to leave!
