We stayed for two nights at Paraiso Guest House, Ella, and had a wonderful experience. We would like to extend our special thanks to Mr. Dhana from the Management Department. He was kind, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The guest house is conveniently located near Ella city centre and the railway station, making it easy to visit the area's main attractions. Transportation and access to nearby places were very convenient. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the guest house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Ella. Regards, Nadarajah Mathanaruban

Lovely views, breakfast was very tasty and the staff were friendly. Nicely situated a 10 minute walk down the train tracks from the centre of Ella.
Room and facilities were basic. Also quite expensive compared to other places in Sri Lanka.
