Quiet peaceful location with stunning views.

Quick arrangement of tuk tuks to centre of not walking
Less accessible to Ella centre by foot due to hills however still possible and tuk tuks were easy to organise with the staff at all times of day

We had a great stay at Green Hearts Ella and the hotel is amazing. The view from the balcony is incredible and the bed is very comfy.
Praveen (the host) was super helpful throughout our stay and offered us a lot of lifts into Ella central and from the station. The set up on the balcony was also great, with comfy chairs and a great spot to have breakfast. The other host Roshan was also very responsive if we had any questions.
A couple of things which could be improved on are:
- The breakfast was good but the same every day, it could be good to change it up each day particularly if people are staying a few nights
- There are some finishing touches which would be expected at the price point (e.g, toilet flush not working properly, no bin provided)

Good breakfast, clean rooms
Distance from city center. Good that they have in house tuk tuk available however each additional ride will cost 600 LKR one side, bear that in mind. The washroom should be improved- the commode and wash basin were shaky.
