This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The warmest welcome from the family, immaculately clean rooms with thoughtful touches (sockets, water, toiletries, nets, hairdryer, lockable drawer). The beds were comfortable, the room a good size, the breakfast delicious and extensive. Highly recommend this hotel in this beautiful setting

Great location with a beutiful view, the staff was super nice and welcoming. The owner is very kind and made an absolutely fantastic breakfast every morning. He also offered to fix transportation to and from the hotel, everything was in order and we had an amazing stay!

Incredible views from bedroom with private balcony. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we felt very safe here! They brought us breakfast each morning too. Only a short walk into town, just up a little hill (less than 10 mins walk). We would love to come back.

The owner and his family were so kind and helpful to us during our stay!
They assisted us with transportation to our activities.
The breakfast each day was simple and delicious, we missed it one day due to an activity and the Sir organised it for us once we came back which was incredibly kind!
The hotel was a short 10min walk to the busy central town.
The hotel had a beautiful rooftop garden area which we enjoyed catching the sunshine facing the incredible Ella Rock!
We also loved the cute dog!
Unfortunately we had an issue with insects/moths due to lights being on in the evening. The insects are to be expected when so high up the mountains in Ella, the owner quickly helped us with this and allowed us to move rooms.
The bed was a little hard & noisy upon movement but as expected for the value for money.
