Lovely place but cold shower in the morning ruined it. Lovely host

Perfect for short stays

Everything was so perfect. The room was very clean. Surrounded by quiet nature. The breakfast was delicious. As we were staying 2 days and traveling around it was a nice stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! I chose to stay here as I was attending a 3 day wedding in Adare. The host Anne was so friendly and welcoming, which really made me feel at home!. The hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for a relaxing stay. I’d 100% come back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and enjoyable place to stay 🥰

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. Such good value for money and an easy ride into Adare and Limerick. Anne was so hospitable and very generous - even giving us a lift to a wedding. We’d certainly stay here again.

Probably the nicest b&b I’ve ever been to. The house is modern with gardens and a 250m drive! Great breakfast too

Wonderful country property

Anne runs a magnificent country property about a 10 minute drive to Adare, a bit longer to Limerick. She was extremely helpful and she exuded a passion for her area. Quiet location, a very comfy bed, excellent shower/bath and breakfast cooked to order, beautiful gardens. Thank you Anne!!

Everything was great apart from the single bed. The mattress sloped which meant you were clinging on to the side by morning 😅. Easily remedied. New mattress.

Idyllic location but be prepared to drive

Hosts very welcoming and gave some good advice on where to eat. The room was spacious and comfortable and the (shared) balcony looked out onto some stunning views. The grounds were well kept and very pleasant to walk around. The house is very much out in the sticks and Adare is a good 15 minute car ride away. The three golden retrievers are absolutely gorgeous (you can tell I'm a dog lover), but if you don't like dogs maybe this isn't the place for you as they can pay you a lot of attention outside of the house.

Not much, although needs a bit of TLC in places - e.g. broken toilet seat and worn towels. Not sure why we couldn't get hot water in the evening but wasn't a problem in the morning. Breakfast was tasty but minimalistic and little choice when compared to other B&B's we stayed at.

A tranquil place to enjoy the beauty of the Irish Countryside

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting. It felt more like a four star hotel than a b&b.

It was father away from Adare than expected. The country lanes to get there are confusing. We had to get rescued by helpful locals because our Google maps was sending us round in circles - the most direct route to Adare involved a diversion because of a closed bridge. The breakfast was minimal compared to other places we stayed.

The house is fabulous the bedroom superb everything you could want perfect bathroom fantastic shower beautiful Terrace amazing pond overall excellent we will definitely be back and is a fabulous person. We had a great chat with her over breakfast.

An excellent property, clean and well presented with a very attentive host. She was able to arrange a taxi with late notice, and the hotel was perfectly placed for the wedding we attended. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and tranquil

Anne was a wonderful host, the property itself was absolutely divine - we had the best weather too! Her friendly dogs were adorable, breakfast was perfect, and the dawn chorus from the birds was a real treat amidst this peaceful location.

Only drawback is it's a good 10 minutes from local shops or restaurants, but if you arrive equipped with everything you need, you'll be grand! We brought our own prosecco and Anne kindly provided us with some crystal glasse

Peaceful location,off the beaten track

Beautiful surroundings and building,great balcony,good breakfast. Not ideal if you’re not a dog lover(we are so it wasn’t an issue),no name on the door(just on the key fob)not sure about having to preorder breakfast the evening before,personally I prefer matching toiletries,we had 3 different kinds,we’re not fans of memory foam mattresses and it was quite small. We had coffee/tea available but no milk provided . Anne was very professional and we had great interaction regarding her horse history

The best choice if you want to stay in a country house

Living in Hazelwood country house was a unique experience. Our room was lovely with fantastic view of the garden. The hostess made us a tasty breakfast and our stay was really relaxing

We came back to the property late at night and there was an issue with the hot water. But by day time it was really hot.
