I liked how when I paid for the room in full online and I arrived at their door they refuse me entry and I had to argue on the phone for three days to get back my money. The manager said he wasn’t in until I rang from different numbers

Literally everything about it was uncomfortable, racist and very, very shallow the manager well he called himself the manager he was a brown guy in a 10 euro suit thinking he was Big after I already paid great experience

There was no hotel key provided for freedom of movement, had to keep getting staff to come upstairs to open the door for us with their master key. That was annoying because you just keep trying to avoid making staff go up and down.

The room keys had a malfunction so staff had to show us to our rooms when we needed to return… not their fault but no offer of any compensation due to this inconvenience, not even a free drink which was a poor response

I gifted this stay to someone who was horrified by stains in the ceiling and blood in the elevator. Smell of damp reported in the bedroom. Definitely not a 4* hotel.

Disappointing

Our original room smelt like smoke so we had to move room. The staff wasn’t friendly when we went to swap room. Then upon check in instead of holding a 100€ deposit the staff member actually took the 100€ out of my account and then told me I could just use that in the restaurant. After we dined , I asked to put the bill on the room and the staff member told me I couldn’t do that, this meant I had to go to the reception again and ask what was going on.

Disappointed for a 4 star hotel

The location as it was close to where we were training. The food at dinner was lovely, good variety on menu. Breakfast was also lovely and a good variety. The bar staff were so lovely and also the ladies at breakfast, couldn’t have been nicer.

The receptionist on check in was quite rude. I gave my name and she said one room 1 person no breakfast? To which I responded no, I messaged it’s 2 of us I requested 2 beds and paid for breakfast. She argued back at me that no I didn’t and she would have to get housekeeping to rearrange the room. I politely told her that I had messaged and there must have been a mix up but no problem. She rudely said there’s no mix up but I’ll sort it. I then showed her the messages that I had sent and the room I booked and without looking she just handed me the page to sign with no apology or acknowledgement that the mistake was on the side of the hotel. The room had a very bad smell of smoke but beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service, lovely facilities, and a warm atmosphere.

I recently stayed at the Greenhills Hotel in Limerick and had a really lovely experience. The room was excellent – spotless, comfortable, and well-kept. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. The location is a little bit outside of the town centre, but taxis in and out were easy to get, so it wasn’t an issue. The pool was a great bonus – clean and relaxing. The staff were all lively, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. I’d happily come back again. Highly recommend for a relaxing break in Limerick!

Would definitely go back but not to the section of hotel we were in.

Staff were excellent with good organisation on match day and so many options on food and drinks.

We had a triple room which was a long way from reception. Room near us had door partially open at all times and television blaring at 1-30am. Pretty noisy and staff came and asked them to turn it down which they did. Got the impression that maybe family/families were there for the long stay!
