In particular the staff team at this Hotel are exceptional.
The Hotel is spotless all over.
The food is amazing especially the breakfast.
Value wise it wasn't much more than neighbouring hotels and for this standard its well worth it.
The only improvement for me would have been the addition of sauna and jacuzzi.
Very pleasurable stay, and again I have to mention how friendly the staff are.

We booked an executive king room whilst the room was fine , we booked an executive king. It was too hot , it was difficult to sleep. We turned the thermostat to 16 but to no avail couldn’t be regulated down . The room had no windows only a door to the terrace so we had to leave the door open. There was no tea bags or coffee pods to use in the facilities provided .
