Pool facilities were great. Location and parking great. Room nice and clean.
Girl that checked us in was not at all welcoming and put a dampener on the start of out trip. She didnt welcome us to the hotel, she didnt even tell us our room number (i have to look at the key cards to see it). She told us nothing of the facilities except for to give us a card for a discount at breakfast. For front team staff in a four star you would expect better.
