Friendly staff, clean, and location.

A sign needs to placed at the main restaurant entrance to prevent going to breakfast the wrong way. A member of the staff was miffed that we entered the wrong way and did not wait to be seated.

Disappointing stay. Bed issues and extremely loud noise - no sleep

The shower and towels were good. The main area was clean

The bed was 2 bases joined together and they were at different heights so when you sleep in the middle it’s very uncomfortable. The tv signal kept collapsing The hotel was extremely loud, there was a Xmas party on and the noise was grossly excessive from 8pm to 1.30am. I could not sleep at all. I ended up leaving the hotel at 11pm and 12.30am to go for a walk just to get some quiet. My room card could not access the executive lounge despite being in the executive rooms. I’ve stayed many times in the hotel- I wanted a get away for a night- I had to leave the hotel for quiet time: very disappointed. I informed reception the next day and nothing was done

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Stay Review – “A Truly Wonderful Experience”

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I immediately felt at ease. I didn’t get the young lady with long hair who checked me in but she was so welcoming and pleasant and kind. Private parking was great. The room was beautifully designed—spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable as I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite. The Opulence of the suite was just out of this world. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail in the décor created a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. The views are to die for also. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, coffee machine and ample coffee pods, bath robes, water & high-quality toiletries. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and eager to help. Their commitment to making each guest’s stay memorable was evident in every small gesture. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely Limerick - Oct 25

The room was fantastic - spacious and well equipped for a relaxing stay. It included a fridge which was handy for water and soft drinks. The hotel has parking underneath (albeit that it is owned by someone else) which was so handy. Direct access to the hotel was excellent. The bar is very nice with a great selection of beers and wine and it has charging points for phones, laptops etc... We didn't eat at the hotel as we were meeting friends at another restaurant but the food looked good as it passed by. The location is great and so handy to the city centre - about 10 minutes (max) walk across the bridge to the main shopping street and bars etc... The staff were great as well - Antonio who greeted us on arrival was so pleasant and friendly and helped with any questions we had. A lovely stay overall.

Excellent customer service - I'd made a mistake and only booked one night and subsequently, much later, booked another night at a different price. At check in they up graded our first (much cheaper) night so we didn't have to move and threw in some breakfast vouchers.

We had a lovely few days in Limerick to attend the Munster versus Cardiff rugby game.

Breakfast was excellent with all tastes and choices catered for plus it had a lovely view over the river. Our room had a good view of the river also. Staff were polite and helpful.

High end comfy hotel right on the river.

We had a large spacious 5th floor room with a stunning view. Parking cost &12 euros but structure is attached to building and is very convenient.

We were checking in just as there was a major flood that the hotel was dealing with that made half the rooms the restaurant and the bar uninhabitable. We had to sit around for an hour with little to no updates but in the end we got a room. The staff did their best given the circumstances. Only wish there was better communication for the dozens of guests that were left wondering if they would get a room or not.

Convenient Location - Comfy Beds

Convenient location and Room was a good size (superior king) with a huge, comfy bed.

Advertises that there are "Sockets near the bed". No there aren't - they are the other side of the room. No toilets in bar/restaurant - they are down stairs, which make it difficult for folk with mobility issues. Also charged us triple the nightly rate for parking! Which took 2 days to resolve and even longer to refund. Food below par for a 4* hotel

Perfection

The food was quite enjoyable,especially the breakfast, the room was quite clean and very welcoming to my dog.His name is jay and they all loved him and were very kind and easy going towards pets,They will accompany your pet with a lovely doggy bowl and bed for your dog alongside a teddy bear that my dog very much enjoyed

Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was beautiful. The staff was exceptional. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was as wonderful as the view from our room. The hotel even left chocolates and a card for our anniversary! The location was great too. The personnel when we checked in were really helpful with suggestions of interesting things to do in Limerick and places to dine. They didn’t steer us wrong.

The shower was a big let-down. Unless I stood 100% still, I would suddenly send the water boiling hot or freezing cold by the slightest touch of the temp control that was sticking out into the shower cubicle. But everything else was perfect.

Very disappointing

The location and the view from our room on the 4th floor.

I had brought a sheet with me as I find hotel duvets too warm. When our room was cleaned the person 'dumped' the duvet on a chair. You will see from the photo I am attaching that the curtain was also left on the back of the chair. The room wasn't tidied very well. The Executive lounge was poor and well below what I have seen in hotels in other countries. For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was p.oor and well below what I would expect for a good hotel

Clean Central to Limerick City

Very poor executive lounge. Paid additional for it so I could relax and read the papers. Soft drinks in the fridge were very limited - no low sugar anything except water. Hot water for tea was cold. Ate in the restaurant. Cabernet Sauvignon was so bitter that I couldn’t drink it. Finally, fire alarm Went off at 5:30 am. No effort at telling people it was ok. Had to ring reception. Couldn’t sleep after that.

HOTEST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. NO AC IN MOST AREAS AND BERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

This property says it is environmentally conscious and turns A/C down in every location under the pretence of sustainability, while customers stew like cabbage in their rooms and general areas. They say the Irish are not smart, but charging High prices for electric savings. 💰💰💰💰💰💰

Hotel was in an excellent location giving us easy access to the city. We were given an upgrade to our room which provided an amazing view if the river and city. All staff was very polite and extremely helpful. Would recommend.

No instructions on how to operate temperature control. But staff came and adjusted when requested.
