Overall a decent enough hotel and ok value for money
Very comfortable bed. Nice river view and good location
Bar area was quite soulless. Nowhere to hang towels to dry in the bathroom. Had to pay for late checkout as it was at 11am. It gets later to check in and earlier to check out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Clayton hotel the staff were courteous and helpfull.
The breakfast was lovely the only thing that I can fault with it was when I took the fry items s rashers sausages etc down to my table from the silver covers on the buffet table the food was a bit cold. The location of the dinning hall was excellent and I enjoyed looking at the waterfront view s of the river shannon.from the window s in the hall
