Quick vacation

Prime location

First room had a faulty thermostat but we were quickly moved to another room, much better and staff were very accommodating. Bathroom tub was a bit dated, and had quite a bit of built up limescale. Overall though a very pleasant experience. These were very minor issues that would not keep me from staying again.

Great Location, Friendly Staff and Good Food, Some minor WiFi Challenges

The hotel is in a great location – everything in Limerick was within easy walking distance. Our king room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered plenty of choice. We also dined in the restaurant twice and were not disappointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Arriving by car was no problem, as the multi-storey car park is less than a minute’s walk from the hotel.

The only downside was that the WiFi on level 7 was unreliable during our stay, which was frustrating. It worked fine on the ground floor, and staff mentioned they were aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

Our room was very basically cleaned. Beds were made but that was all. We got no clean towels, the bin wasn’t emptied, we got no replacement milk for the tea/coffee. Our cups and glasses weren’t cleaned. We had a triple room but only 2 chairs. We requested an extra chair but they never came back to us about it. The breakfast was very ordinary.We had stayed there about 8 years ago and it was great but this time we were so disappointed

Family celebration

It was a central location. Nice views overlooking the Shannon from our room and in the bar/ restaurant area. Staff were very friendly and courteous, especially in the reception area.

Whole stay went smoothly, lovely staff

Allowed us to shower after the marathon even after we were checked out. Staff were so friendly, Declan in particular. Hotel was in walking distance of everywhere.

Room was slightly over priced and didn’t allow late checkout but we also understood it was a busy weekend of the year.

Breakfast - every item on the hot buffet ie sausages/bacon/black pudding/tomato/Mushrooms/eggs was cold. I grossly wasting or leaving food but it was so horrible, I had to leave it, sorry. My room was excellent- clean and very comfortable but I’d go somewhere else for breakfast again.
