Great experience. We only stayed one night (in transit), but it exceeded our expectations. Very well-equipped and clean rooms, good breakfast and the option of a bedroom for five! Well located, although it doesn't have its own parking.

Centrally located, most sights within easy walking distance. Courteous and efficient staff. Room was clean warm and comfy. Enjoyed the activity of the city central. Had dinner in the restaurant, great!...as was breakfast.

Very convienet stay with small but comfortable rooms.

The location was very convenient to wandering the city and the bar downstairs was a nice addition. We didn't eat there but it's nice to know you could. The parking garage across the street was great and inexpensive. Check in was easy and though small the room was very comfortable.

The elevator is a handicap elevator and only goes to the 1st floor. We had to lug all our belongings up to the 2nd floor because it was our final night, and we had to pack everything up. It wasn't terrible, but not the most convenient. The bathroom and the shower are small, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Comfortable stay at a good price in a nice hotel.

The property was well maintained, the bed was comfortable and the decor was very pretty. It n was located within walking distance of the castle and Shannon riverwalk as well as several shopping areas. The restaurants food and drink were quite pleasant and at a good price point.

Since there isn’t AC in the room the window had to bed left open which was fine but the pub below was very load and kept waking me so I had to shut it to lessen the outside noice. Thankfully I have a portable fan so I was able to have it for air. And the elevator was out so carrying luggage up and down stairs with a bad back was a bit of a task.

Very central location, excellent Irish breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms were very hot and stuffy. Shower had low pressure. Our mattress had a pit in it. Very noisy indeed, the hotel warns you about the noise, but this was beyond my imagination. Our room was on the back and after the music stopped there was still a lot of commotion and noise in the parking lot.

Excellent location: In door car park with security office right beside hotel. €10.00 over night, was very reasonable. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful Our room was at the back where it was quiet. Beds comfortable. Food was top class, with breakfast served at your table. For anyone who likes browsing around markets, “Milk Market” with its endless array of stalls, fabulous fresh produce, crafts, baking, etc..is just a few minutes walk from Hotel. For anyone who likes an excellent Pint of Guinness, we went to “Flannery’s” on Denmark st. A short walk from hotel

Clean and comfortable accommodations in the center of Limerick

We stayed in the 4-person family room, which was spacious and clean. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathroom and furnishings were on the newer side. The staff were friendly and you have to be buzzed in, so the hotel feels quite secure. We opted to add breakfast, and it was pretty good - offering hot to-order items (e.g., eggs and toast, eggs benedict, full Irish breakfast, etc.) along with a continental breakfast. The location is pretty central, so we had an easy time walking to King John's Castle and restaurants across the Shannon River. The hotel is on a pedestrian-only street, so it was fairly quiet at night aside from hearing the birds in the morning. We would stay here again if we were to return to Limerick.

The room's lighting, especially in the bathroom, is minimal and our vanity light in the bathroom was partially burned out.

Location, Food & Staff Fantastic! Night's Sleep atrocious!

Location was fantastic you are right beside pubs & restaurant and there is a car park right beside the hotel. We were up for a concert and we had about a 25 min walk to Thomond Park where the concert was on. We eat & drank in the hotel when we landed before we checked in the food and service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for the food, location and friendly staff.

The room was fine but there was a good bit of mould on the ceiling in the shower. The noice of the fan made such a weird & loud noice it would wake up the people next door i presume it doesn't work correctly?. We knew from the reviews it was gonna be a bit loud at night because of the music downstairs but we didn't sleep a wink from about 4 o clock onwards there was so much noice outside with people shouting, a car alarm went off for about an hour and there was some construction work going on a bit further up aswell so we hadn't a pleasant sleep unfortunately. I know the hotel cant do much about it but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a good night's sleep.

I made the wrong choice. It was loud the pillows were like rocks. And the bedroom doors on the corridors kept slamming till 1am and started again st 6.30am. I had booked a second night but I cancelled it and I got a refund so I was happy with how the Handled it.

Super friendly staff who made a great suggestion for dinner. Location was perfect and the fact the reasonably-priced parkade is literally right beside the accommodation is awesome. We stayed on a Sunday night so overall it was very quiet. We’d stay again for sure!

The room is small for 2 suitcases so we had to be slightly creative. Also, one twin bed was not so comfortable, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The Heat in room was very uncomfortable and widow was not properly sealed and allowed noise from outside also fan in bathroom was overly noisy, and light above mirror would not work.

The most ideally located place in Limerick city. You're right in the heart of the city. The staff were more than accommodating and the breakfast options were perfect for setting you up for a day of Limerick-ing!

While they do state on their site that noise will be a factor to consider during your stay, perhaps more soundproofing could be utilised! We stayed over a weekend (Friday/Saturday) and there was live music until the early hours of the morning. We knew what we signed up for, but just an FYI to anyone considering their options.

This location had music pumpin from 1pm till 1am as rooms it sit above a bar..... Really hard to sleep...staff wore lovly...rooms are lovly..the noise of music was horendous even wimdows closed.
