Not worth it

Staff is friendly and the location is perfection. Also I did not pay ahead for breakfast, which was good, because they have a mini Irish breakfast that is much cheaper

The property has a vintage vibe, which I adore, but I don’t think the mattresses should feel out of the early 1700s. As someone who’s had multiple lunar surgeries and a Chris pain condition, I was tempted to check out early but I know I’d not get a refund. Additionally, the maze of stairs… Understand that it is a historic building, but I wish they would advertise how many stairs you’re actually carrying your luggage up and down because someone with me who has limited mobility, I was in immense pain the whole time I was there. Not to mention that the toilet needed to be flushed five or six times just to take care of the simplest of uses. As adorable as the facility is, it is in a major need of renovation, especially when it comes to creature comforts. I would highly advise anyone with any kind of chronic pain condition from staying there I was unable to join the majority of my trip due to the pain due the inadequate accommodations

Limerick I liked it.

Clean, tidy, and good location, breakfast good and staff helpfull. Even though it was in a busy area and a little bit noisy at times, this did calm down before midnight. Don't know what it is like on the weekend.

Great location for partying, not for sleeping.

The bed was comfortable, the room was relatively clean, and the location was close to the main part of the city.

While guests are advised they may experience some noise, “may” is a huge understatement. The noise from the bar downstairs was extremely loud, especially with the room directly above the band. Even double glazing would struggle to block it out. We’d only recommend staying here if you’re planning a night out and not trying to sleep.

Great experience. We only stayed one night (in transit), but it exceeded our expectations. Very well-equipped and clean rooms, good breakfast and the option of a bedroom for five! Well located, although it doesn't have its own parking.

Centrally located, most sights within easy walking distance. Courteous and efficient staff. Room was clean warm and comfy. Enjoyed the activity of the city central. Had dinner in the restaurant, great!...as was breakfast.

Very convienet stay with small but comfortable rooms.

The location was very convenient to wandering the city and the bar downstairs was a nice addition. We didn't eat there but it's nice to know you could. The parking garage across the street was great and inexpensive. Check in was easy and though small the room was very comfortable.

The elevator is a handicap elevator and only goes to the 1st floor. We had to lug all our belongings up to the 2nd floor because it was our final night, and we had to pack everything up. It wasn't terrible, but not the most convenient. The bathroom and the shower are small, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Bathroom was terrible. No countertop. No hooks. No shelf in shower. No tissues. Wifi TV not connected to Wifi. No soundproof from bar downstairs. Elevator only goes 1 floor. Not sure neighborhood is safe

Comfortable stay at a good price in a nice hotel.

The property was well maintained, the bed was comfortable and the decor was very pretty. It n was located within walking distance of the castle and Shannon riverwalk as well as several shopping areas. The restaurants food and drink were quite pleasant and at a good price point.

Since there isn’t AC in the room the window had to bed left open which was fine but the pub below was very load and kept waking me so I had to shut it to lessen the outside noice. Thankfully I have a portable fan so I was able to have it for air. And the elevator was out so carrying luggage up and down stairs with a bad back was a bit of a task.

Very central location, excellent Irish breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms were very hot and stuffy. Shower had low pressure. Our mattress had a pit in it. Very noisy indeed, the hotel warns you about the noise, but this was beyond my imagination. Our room was on the back and after the music stopped there was still a lot of commotion and noise in the parking lot.

Excellent location: In door car park with security office right beside hotel. €10.00 over night, was very reasonable. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful Our room was at the back where it was quiet. Beds comfortable. Food was top class, with breakfast served at your table. For anyone who likes browsing around markets, “Milk Market” with its endless array of stalls, fabulous fresh produce, crafts, baking, etc..is just a few minutes walk from Hotel. For anyone who likes an excellent Pint of Guinness, we went to “Flannery’s” on Denmark st. A short walk from hotel

Clean and comfortable accommodations in the center of Limerick

We stayed in the 4-person family room, which was spacious and clean. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathroom and furnishings were on the newer side. The staff were friendly and you have to be buzzed in, so the hotel feels quite secure. We opted to add breakfast, and it was pretty good - offering hot to-order items (e.g., eggs and toast, eggs benedict, full Irish breakfast, etc.) along with a continental breakfast. The location is pretty central, so we had an easy time walking to King John's Castle and restaurants across the Shannon River. The hotel is on a pedestrian-only street, so it was fairly quiet at night aside from hearing the birds in the morning. We would stay here again if we were to return to Limerick.

The room's lighting, especially in the bathroom, is minimal and our vanity light in the bathroom was partially burned out.
