The room was so big and beautiful! I ordered room service and the food was lovely. Breakfast was very nice as well. This was my second time in this hotel and loved my rooms both times. Gym is small but enough for a good workout if theres not too many other people there. Handy to have underground parking

We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the lake. The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere!

I was surprised at the special dietary options at the buffet/hotel breakfast. They did a great job accommodating gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and/or dairy-free. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one downside is the length of time it took to get our room down to a comfortable temperature to sleep.

Nice hotel but disappointed in the parking. I booked this hotel specifically for the availability of on site parking, but ended up having to park across the street in a garage at a cost of 20€ a night. Parking in the hotel is free, but unavailable. Very frustrating and expensive! Also, there was no mini fridge in the room, and the bathroom has a frosted glass door, which can be off putting. Otherwise, a nice hotel.

The hotel was clean. The staff extremely helpful. Alex at the front desk went above and beyond. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure and water was hot. The food in the restaurant at the hotel was delicious. No need to even go out to eat. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. The area was quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel staff was so kind, upgraded our room. We had the corner suite overlooking the beautiful Shannon River. Two white swans live right by our room. Also, the restaurant chef cooks amazing beef short ribs. The breakfast was one of the best in Ireland

Had a great stay from start to finish. The car park was convenient and clean, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were warm and chatty throughout. Our room was spotless with great amenities, a really comfortable bed, and a lovely view of the river. We had a drink in the bar — the duty manager served us and was absolutely lovely, and the cocktails were really well made. Breakfast was also very good, and a special shout-out to the tall young Irish man who looked after us — he was so friendly and full of chat, he honestly made the stay! We’d definitely recommend and would love to come back.

While my room wasn't completely clean upon my arrival (minor cleanliness issue), the hotel's response was above and beyond and I was very impressed. The rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. Would stay here again!
