Great family room to book but book without breakfast.

Your great points were your friendly and efficient staff and your room which was really comfortable, well equipped family space and clean.

The food was a huge disappointment, could do way better with little effort and cost to use fresh products. We all had the squashed avocado which was guacamole from a tub and tasteless eggs, half of which we all left behind.

Great location, parking in nearby carpark went smoothly. Would return for future visits.

Check in/check out very smooth. Breakfast very plentiful and lots of choice.

Room was too cold at first and then became too hot, was told I could pay at the hotel upon arrival but got emails to say it had to be paid in advance or else the booking would be cancelled. Only saw this on the day of arrival and had to ring hotel to confirm booking was still in place.

Excellent staff and amenities, but the room was a bit small for three people.

The staff was excellent and the restaurant and lounge areas were very nice. The location is great and we were able to snag one of the air-conditioned rooms.

The only issue we had was that the three-person room was not very large. There was not enough room for three people to place their suitcases anywhere other than the floor.

Slightly disappointed

It was ok but relative to price, some nice touches but some poor behaviours by the staff eg leaving emergency exits blocked with rubbish, not changing the room tea, coffee and milk in one of our two rooms,it being virtually impossible to dispense soap and shampoo etc

Overall, great little hotel with nice rooms in a great location

Very nice room, comfortable bed, good shower too. Restaurant had great food. Staff was great. Drop off of bags was a breeze, Parking was easy. Location in the heart of the city also was great.

Room was a bit warm, and with window open you could hear the band from the pubs on the street so had to close window and use the fan.

Location was great! It was really clean! Was nice to have restaurants on location. The staff were mostly helpful. A certain shout out to Kevin on the front desk! Amazingly kind and patient.

Finicky hair dryer and iron. Both need to be looked and replaced. Felt that the front desk staff were lacking solid skills - maybe they were new. All except Kevin.

Poor sound isolation, constant beeps from the traffic light outside. Emergency exits blocked by laundry trolleys, not good!

It was noisy, we could hear the street traffic and even the beeping of the traffic lights. The shower was inconvenient installed too high with no option of flexibility, there were some stains on the sheets. The most annoying thing though was the number of emails I received asking me constantly to upgrade my booking, just like spam

Good hotel for business

Very central and close to where I needed to go for work. The rooms were clean and modern. The receptionist on my first morning was lovely and very professional and located my phone charger from my room after I'd requested a quieter room.

I was allocated a triple room but it was at the front of the hotel above a bar and it was a bit on the noisy side with people below, the pedestrian lights clicking and early morning traffic so I requested a quieter room. The second room was lovely and quiet but slightly chilly, and I couldn't work the heating system. It was fine once I was in bed!

beautiful stay, aesthetic view, need cleaner mugs

very aesthetically pleasing, the rooms are beautiful too. the view frow the huge hotel windows, especially at night is a dream. i will definitely be coming here again. next time i go im planning to eat in their restaurant there, vincenzos grill, it looked very nice as well as the menu

although the facilities were great, there were still dried in coffee stains on both of our mugs that i had to wash off myself. also the tv just wouldnt connect to the wifi
