A No Brainier.

Really lovely VIP experience from start to finish. The staff from check in, at breakfast and at chack out we're so welcoming and friendly. As it is a boutique style hotel the whole experience felt personal and we came away looking forward to staying there again.

Pleasant stay with areas to improve.

The room is decorated well and the location is great. Breakfast was lovely and breakfast and check out times were good.

The soundproofing is very poor, we were kept awake by loud noises of guests coming back late at night. The bed was very clearly two singles joined together, which was poor considering the price to stay.

Wonderful stay at the heart of Limerick

Wonderful stay! We were here for Limerick races, and unsure if we’d make the 6pm cut off time for reception closing. This was no issue at all, all thanks to the amazing communication on how to access the building/room. The building/room itself; spotless, modern and so cosy. Probably some of the comfiest pillows I’ve ever slept on. Also the little welcome card was a lovely touch. Breakfast; excellent!

Genuinely don’t have a single bad thing to say. At first I felt it was maybe on the pricey side but after staying I can confidently say it was worth every penny!

Best hotel experience in Ireland

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt like honored guests! The location of Bedford Townhouse couldn't be better. It's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was big and delicious. This was hands down the best accommodation we had in Ireland.

There's nothing that's not to like. It was wonderful.

A real find in Limerick

Good location. Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean room. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant, helpful staff. A lift was wonderful. The parlour downstairs with complimentry tea, coffee, wine & reading material was a bonus & a great place to meet other travellers from around the world.

I would like towel rails long enough to hang towels on so that they dry.

Stunning, warm rooms in an unbeatable location.

Rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed (bar a coffee machine/ kettle in the room). Shower was divine.

Air conditioner kept resetting itself to 23 degrees and it was unclear how to keep it down for the night so it was at least down to 18, so I kept waking up in a sweat and had to get up to turn it down again.

Totally inflexible with no common space.

Food at breakfast was excellent.

Totally inflexible. For the first time ever in Ireland we couldn’t check when the room was ready. Sent to wander around in the cold until 3 because the hotel did not have its own lounge area. Had to book a time for breakfast in the cafe. Special towel to use if you wore makeup. No one there at check out time. Mould in shower.

Lovely but hot

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean throughout, the location was great, the breakfast very nice.

The heating was on & set far too high for us, our room was 26c when we arrived & you couldn't set the thermostat below 23c - even at night! Sharon from reception was great, she brought fans & reset the thermostat however every 3hrs it would reset to 23c again & we couldn't sleep in that. This made it a very uncomfortable night, such a pity because the hotel in every other way was great.

Fantastic gem in downtown Limerick

The staff was exceptional. Extremely helpful with wonderful recommendations. We enjoyed being able to walk around to see the sights. Going to the salon to get ice was a great surprise.
