Staff on reception very friendly and welcoming , rooms large and very comfortable and super clean and despite location very quiet

Indian Restaurant in hotel was the worst Indian meal I've ever had. I didn't even recognise my dish as a korma and my partners dish was also poor

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Room was clean,enough towels for the amount of people in the room. Beds were comfortable.

One thing was the breakfast,didn't find the cereal and juices so had a bit of asking other people who were staying at your hotel. No trays found so a lot of back and forth to the table.

My room was very comfortable.

I was too warm because the duvet was such a high Tog, it would have been better for me if there was a blanket and sheet for me to use instead of the duvet, but that is a universal hotel situation .

It was a very nice hotel, staff were friendly and with plenty of options for food which was delicious when in Off the Bone.

The room was the same side as the road and due to the window seal not being right the noise was more than expected but still not a deal breaker.

Comfortable bed great big window I appreciated the block out curtains Spacious room with plenty of mirrors and storage The water pressure in the shower was powerfull.

A walk in shower cubicle would have made the room perfect ! I didn’t like the shower in the bath!

Friendly and helping staff, the check-in/check-out was without any issues and very fast. Our room and the hotel in general were clean. Room size and comfortable beds with a lot of pillows. I also didn't hear sounds from neighboring rooms, only if someone was in the hall. Tasty breakfasts. We found everything we needed and it was good quality. Big parking.

The price is a bit too high for this hotel, because the rooms need some renovation and room facilities are very limited for the price. The window in our room was not fully closable because the lock was broken and the noise from the road was a bit disturbing. But at night it was quiet. It's not easy to adjust the shower temperature and it's impossible to change the water pressure in the shower.

Breakfasts were excellent, the floor staff was very helpful everyday. The dinners (lunch) were also good.

It was a bit noisy at night as the kids started the running competition around 11pm one evening :).
