Great Getaway Spot Near Bunratty Castle!

The hosts were great. It was nicely located near our friends in Clare that we went to see for a long weekend. The amenities were very good, breakfast, snacks, coffee/tea, and all. The bed was cosy and bathroom was clean. 100% would go back again for another stay, and we have to see the castle this time!

Perfect stay

Tudor Lodge garden room was a perfect stay. The host was very considerate. She was able to accommodate dietry requests for breakfast. The room was clean and presented beautifully. The attention to detail was great. The children were delighted to find a chocolate treat on their pillows. The Lodge is a short drive away to local restaurants and Bunratty Castle and Folk Village, so it was perfectly located for our stay. Would recommend and be happy to visit again. Thank you

We spent three wonderful nights here and absolutely loved everything about our stay. The breakfast was simply delicious every morning – a perfect start to the day! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The place was spotless and had such a cozy, homely atmosphere. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant – we’d love to come back again!

Very quiet and peaceful stay in Bunratty.

Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating as we arrived later than expected. Advised where we could go for a meal after a long drive from Galway. When we came back, our breakfast was sitting on the table.

No extraction fan in the bathroom but only a very minor issue. We opened the windows above the shower to let out any condensation.

Relaxing, easy, hassle-free and delicious food!

The breakfast that was dropped in to us the night before made the morning exceptionally relaxing and convenient. The other food options like yoghurts and fruit and even cereal and milk were beyond what I expected and were a welcome surprise.

Lovely, comfy, friendly, 100% perfect place to stay, we enjoyed it!

Beautiful and convenient location. Very clean with all of the items you need and then some! There was fresh fruit, coffee, tea, snacks. We only had one night but Sheyla was so welcoming and made sure we had an Amazing breakfast for our very early flight in the morning. So many little extras that we appreciated. We found Tudor to be comfortable, clean, relaxing, with a beautiful view. A very welcoming place to stay - and affordable as well. This place is a winner, loved it.

What a clean and cozy place! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-equipped, the garden is beautiful, and the bed is super comfy. One can certainly feel the hosts' dedication to this place.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms in a great location with exceptional hosts.

Sheelagh was very welcoming. The property is attractive and rooms are spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast of home-baked goods was delicious! The neighborhood is quiet and it is an easy walk down the hill to the castle and restaurants. I highly recommend the location and services, and particular the hosts are exceptionally welcoming, responsive and friendly.

Perfect for us on this occasion ,with a quick access to main road for Limerick.

We liked the accessibility which was from the outside straight in to the room ,so didn't need to be disturbing anyone else. Also the quietness. Near Bunratty Castle and village. Everything was perfect for us ,would stay there again.

The views from the guest house door were lovely, the location was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient accommodation.

Everything about this property was wonderful! Vinny and Sheelagh are great hosts. The room was very comfortable and prepared with a nice continental breakfast, including yogurt, cereal, croissants, fruit, coffee, tea, etc. It was a short walk to Bunratty Castle and local restaurants. We stayed there because of the short trip to Shannon airport at the end of our Ireland trip…..a quick taxi ride away. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Modern room set in beautiful surroundings near attractions.

The location was perfect for shopping and to Bunratty Castle. The house and surrounding are are beautiful. breakfast wasn’t included so we were surprised and very happy when Sheelagh and Vinnie brought us fruit, bakery items, salmon and milk. Orange juice, jellies and yogurt were already in the fridge.

The only thing that would make it more comfy would be new pillows.

Great place to take a break on the go!

This location is located on a hill 1 km from the entrance to Bunratty Castle. Great distance for an evening walk after dinner at the castle! The accommodation is comfortable, the hostess is incredibly caring, friendly and hospitable. The room has everything you need for life. There are very fresh and tasty products - bread, croissants, prosciutto, fruits; the mini fridge has yoghurts, jam, milk and juice. The morning starts with a cup of coffee brewed in a coffee machine. My son and I really enjoyed it. We hope to stay here on our next visit. Would recommend this booking 100%!
