Great experience all around - lovely building, clean rooms, and great service.

The hotel is in a great location and set in a beautiful building. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully managed.

There’s not much to dislike. The price is on the higher side, but it’s understandable given the quality and location — still, it would be nice if it were a little more affordable.

We stayed at this hotel as we were flying from Shannon airport the next morning so a perfect location. We didn't have breakfast the next morning. We had a lovely dinner the night before, quite expensive.

Pricey for dinner. We have a little boy with special needs. We locked our room door but in the middle of the night our son opened it and was sitting in the corridor! The door can't be locked from the inside. Ridiculous for families with kids. For this reason I won't be staying again.

Lovely stay, will go back for sure

The room was really nice, we loved its style. The breakfast is really good, with a huge lot of options and the dinner was really delicious as well. The stuff was really nice and helpful.

One staff member was a bit grumpy at breakfast, but we only realized because of the huge contrast with the rest of the experience :D

Very enjoyable and majority of staff friendly and welcoming

The property and rooms are lovely , clean and comfortable. Staff at reception were very good and went the extra mile to make the trip even better.

We arrived back late at the bar due to being at an event and wanted to enjoy a nightcap before bed, which we did but it took a lot of effort to get the bar staffs attention to serve us, only part of the trip that made us feel uncomfortable and that we weren’t welcome.

Too expensive.

Booked a junior suite. Basically got a bigger room with an extra armchair. Bathroom was terribly small and dirty with peeling paint on door. Room was not properly clean with cobwebs everywhere. Not double glazed and no air conditioning. This is a basic 3 star charging 5 star prices. Staff at front desk very poor.

Very unprofessional and disappointing!!

We liked that there were 3 twins and a double in 1 room

The kitchen closes earlier than the website states, Leaving our family scrambling. We tried to order room service to our room at 8:45pm and Katherine would not let us. She stated, the cook would NOT let the food get cold. We just needed food for our kids, we did not mind if the food was cold as long as they had something to eat but she would not let that go. The internet did NOT work during our whole stay. Which was one of the reasons we chose this place because we needed the internet. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and cigars!!! There is NO lift to our room! It was all together a NO for our family. Would NOT recommend

Nice hotel, decor good, room was large and comfortable, everything I needed. Catherine on reception was lovely and very helpful.
