Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room next to the elevator was very loud. Lots of traffic outside the room most of the night. The pillows were also way to thick for comfort.

This was an average stay - with absolutely none vegetarian (no egg, no meat) food option.

Location was close to the airport.

I had requested the reception staff to help me with a dental kit on the 26th evening - had waited for an hour before I was asleep and next morning i called them again and received a dental kit that was expired 10 months ago!! (The staff provided me with a dental kit that was expired on the 08-Jan-2025!!! ). I was particularly seeking for a vegetarian option (no egg, no meet). Had to take milk and corn flakes alone as there were almost no other options available.

Ideal location for Shannon airport or for exploring the area.

Room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Dinner was fine and we got chatting to a lovely local couple at the next table who told us there was an amateur music session in a room off the dining area and we joined them there. This group meets last Sunday of the month and we really enjoyed the music and singing. By the time the session finished my gregarious daughter was on first name terms with everyone so we were invited to an adjoining room where a 60th birthday party was in full swing. Not sure what time we went to bed but I know that we have invitations to stay with a number of folk in the Shannon area if we are ever passing thought again. Wonderful way to end a great trip.

Getting up early to catch flight back to London but that was hardly the hotel's fault.

We needed a hotel located near Shannon airport. This was a great option. Receptionist was lovely & the room was nicely appointed & clean. Good restaurant on property

Exceeded expectations, great value for money, perfect location and spacious rooms.

The friendly and accommodating staff. The fact they went out of their way to get a room as early as possible after we arrived in around 9am from the airport. They also allowed me to keep the room until 4pm as we were not leaving until 8pm. The pub adjoining was great too, with excellent quality food. I enjoyed my first Guinness which as someone from the UK who doesn’t like Guinness, I can now understand why people say it tastes better in Ireland.

No sleep hotel.

The location, staff and food were great.

We got a room to be close to the airport as we had an early international flight. Our room was directly under the pub. The band played past midnight. When they stopped playing, we heard every chair being moved across the floor as it was cleaned. The room was pricey and we just needed to sleep.

Rooms very small and room window looking into another room only about one meter from other room no outside view at all .Three light bulbs in our room was blown .Still bag of recycling in room from previous guest no light in the dirty bathroom mirror had to use light on my phone to put on makeup as we where attending a formal occasion.shower door didn’t close probably and water run out all over the bathroom floor Carpets in lift and on the hallway were bright gray and very dirty .

From the moment I stepped through the doors, the staff couldn't help enough. The pre check in is so simple and less time-consuming than doing it at the hotel. It is very convenient for Shannon Airport.

Decent Choice for One-Night Stay

The hotel is conveniently located close to the motorway between Limerick & Galway, with a spacious car park. Reception staff were welcoming & online check-in made the process very convenient. Room was good size & clean with firm beds, which I prefer. Breakfast was a okay experience, although I would like more healthy food such as fruit & granola/porridge.

Bathroom was a little worn & could do with upgrading. Carpets in some of the public areas, such as the elevator, were also tired and somewhat dirty. Disappointed with Gastro Pub, particularly choices for my vegetarian wife.

Short visit, pleasantly surprised.

The Hotel itself is beautiful, some fabulous quirky decor around the Hotel. It's spotless in the Lobby and this is carried on throughout the Hotel including the bedrooms. The food was fantastic as was the service, the staff were excellent. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but we wouldn't hesitate to book in again.

A good place to stay before a morning flight.

It was where I was meeting a tour group so it worked for me. It would be a great place to stay before an early flight. Comfortable and clean with nice breakfast buffet. There was a session on the back pub (only once a month).

If you need a place to stay near the airport, it is a solid bet.

Convenient to the airport. Beds were comfortable. Wide variety of food offered at breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The price of the room was expensive for what it was. The rooms had a strong odor of cleaning products. The first room we were assigned smelled like they were trying to cover up smoke, but when we asked for a new one, the front desk helped us out right away.

Great stay

Everything was great. It smelled good as we entered, close to the airport, shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable, clean and bed was comfortable too. Hairdryers and irons in the rooms, bath tub and showers. Great breakfast both continental and Irish/English breakfast. Staff were nice and polite. Great bus connection to Ennis and Shannon airport and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Very clean, residential area, the hotel has a pub and a restaurant and the design is neat.

Nothing really. Price was quite high but Ireland is expensive when it comes to hotels so not more expensive than hotels. The bed was slightly small for me, I am 1m90 and my feet were just in the limit. But apart from that, all good.
