Overall an enjoyable stay. We will go back but request a different room with a different aspect.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful and very obliging.

The view from our bedroom was onto other houses, which diminished the overall experience. We felt we couldn't leave our curtains open as we would have been in plain sight of the occupants of the houses.

Great hotel, great service, yummy breakfast and awesome location to the village.

Staff, service, location all above expectations. Walked to Creamery for dinner since hotel only serves Wed-Sunday, which is fine, but dinner and music on a Monday night was grand, at the Creamery. Hotel, is located so close to village, easily accessible for restaurants and Castle. Thank you for a grand stay!

Good country style hotel

Nice clean and well appointed accommodation. Off street parking.

Restaurant not open the night we were there but referred by manager to good pub style food about 500m walk away. Also bar not open on arrival so had to walk down the road to local pub.

Great location walking distance to the castle and restaurants. Plenty of free parking, also on the bus route

Our room looked out onto the gardens which was nice, but in the summer room wouldn't be very private as people would sitting outside your window and there was no blinds

We were only there for a few hours due to a late flight and an early departure but the hosts were very welcoming and the bedroom was lovely.

Really close to airport. 24 hour reception so no problem arriving early hours of the morning. Bedroom was lovely and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were fabulous.

One night stay - was perfect.

My partner and I stayed here for one night as we had an early flight and the hotel is located close to the airport. The receptionist was lovely, had a warm greeting for us and seemed very friendly. The room itself was very comfortable, lovely view of the garden - felt very homely. Would definitely stay again!
