Very comfortable & relaxed in a gorgeous natural setting

Excellent, plenty of everything for a continental breakfast including, smoked salmon, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurts, cereals, baked goods, plus tasty local made marmalade & jams, not to mention the selection of teas & coffees.

Would have liked a night light, had to leave on the bathroom light all night to avoid disorientation on waking during the night.

Spectacular!! Best place, you will feel quite taken care of by Cathrine!

Excellent!!! Especially the two trees that were grown together after reaching 6ft tall, and thus forming a single large natural arch between the trees!! The cottages were exquisitely furnished, and each one was decorated with unique pieces that appeared to have been collected over time. I felt very much at home at The Carriage House!! Everything was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, and organized!! So when we arrived rather late in the day, we found a lovely surprise in the fridge... Cathrine, our spectacular host who thought of everything, had put fresh OJ, Canadian bacon, lovely cheese, and a selection of 4 handmade preserves for us. There was coffee and milk available, and every day Cathrine would check with us about what we might need from the store, and she brought us some fresh croissants and scones, daily!!!The rooms were large and soundproof. Everything was located on the first floor, so no stairs to climb!! There's a thick concrete wall that provides some privacy, across from our rooms. Cathrine had a cutout of a horseshoe in both sides of the wall. She had that done to provide some distance for perspective, and it was a sweet gesture to make the wall look not as much as a barrier. We spent a month in Ireland, visiting different locations and usually spending 2-5 days at each. The Carriage House was our last destination before going back home. We loved it so much that we wished we could have stayed there earlier in our travels, because we would have definitely extended our stay there!!

A comfortable, private, peaceful, well-equipped base from which to explore Co Limerick.

The premises were clean and comfortable with a super friendly and attentive hostess. We also liked the peaceful and private atmosphere. And our hostess also ensured the fridge was stocked with tasty food. We appreciated the attention to detail in terms of how the apartment was equipped. We certainly hope to be back there in the future!

Catherine A most Wonderful Host

The Cottage was absolutely Beautiful. It had the character of bygone days yet all the conveience of modern technology.. The atmosphere and comfort of this dotey place was beautiful. Catherine the Host is a gorgeous, warm , extremely helpful and friendly Lady.. she Had a beautiful continental Breakfast available to us and fresh scones. The table was laid so stylishly It felt like Downton Abbey. It really was the most enjoyable stay and I'd recommend it highly on every level.. Thank you Catherine.

The Carriage houses was a delightful stay. Everything from the warm welcome, cosy, well-appointed accommodation and whisper quiet location but still only a few minutes drive to Bunratty. Breakfast was very generous too.

Unexpectedly luxurious stay. Photos do not do it justice.

Tastefully refurbished carriage house with more amenities than I can list. Spotlessly clean with modern conveniences. The beds and custom linens were luxurious. Loved the beautiful furnishings. Kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with a full array of fresh breakfast offerings. We were welcomed in person by the lady of the house, who was so helpful and as personable as an old friend, Cannot wait to return here.

Comfortable, friendly stay for your travels through Bunratty.

This property is a beautifully decorated carriage house with modern amenities. The beds are really comfortable and the fridge was stocked with fresh breads, eggs, cheese, butter, milk and smoked salmon and bacon. Catherine was very friendly and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed. She also let us meet her horses and gave us directions to some things we could do that were away from the tourist areas. If we were to come again, we would definitely stay longer instead of moving to another place.

The most beautiful suite very well appointed. Beautiful furniture and very comfortable bed. The continental breakfast far surpassed any we have experienced before and the soda bread was sublime. Our host was very gracious helpful and friendly. A superb place to stay .

Absolutely beautiful property in the most gorgeous part of Ireland. Truly a fairytale setting and experience.

The property in self is stunningly beautiful, with each carriage house having its own individual character displayed through carefully chosen antiques and furnishings. Every conceivable comfort has been thought of. Your personal kitchen is stocked with delicious scones, jams, breads, fruits, cheese and ham. The table is beautifully set to enjoy your sumptuous goodies at. Comfortable couches, WiFi, flatscreen TV, and modern bathrooms with bathrobes and great lighting enhanced our amazing experience.

The Carriage house was like having our own little apartment. It was so nice after being in hotel rooms to actually have a living room and kitchen. It is beautifully kept and we were well cared for. A haven in the West of Ireland

After staying in hotels for a week on our road trip around Ireland this was a haven. We parked outside our front door and had a living room cum kitchen as well as a very comfortable bedroom. The bathroom was spacious with a great walk in shower. The continental breakfast in our room was terrific- we had breakfast in our pyjamas at our convenience. Catherine is a great host and very welcoming.

Beautiful historic apartment.

Catherine was a delightful host and nothing was too much trouble. The carriage house was comfortable and beautifully decorated with lovely furniture, artwork and antiques. The table was already set for breakfast which was a nice touch. The food left for breakfasts was more than ample: cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, two types of bread, butter, homemade jams, scones, ham, salmon, cheese, eggs. We dined well! There were special containers for poaching or scrambling eggs in the microwave but otherwise no other means of cooking, unless heating a precooked meal in the microwave. The bathroom was spacious.

The wifi was a bit patchy for us, except on the last morning when everything worked really well! It may have been the rural location as there was a wifi router in our room.

Peaceful and convenient location with spacious units

Great location to explore County Clare and have a quick 15 minute drive to the Shannon airport. Our unit was comfortable and spacious for 2. We appreciated the peace and quiet. It was great to have food provided for breakfast with the flexibility to prepare it when it worked best for us. Catherine was very friendly, welcoming, and willing to accommodate our needs. We had a really enjoyable stay at The Carriage Houses at Beechpark Hotel. The setting is peaceful and private, and the accommodation is spacious and very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and a good attention to detail. The rooms are well designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay – a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a lovely seating area to unwind. Ours also had a small outdoor space which was perfect for a quiet coffee in the morning. We were particularly impressed with the well-stocked fridge on arrival. It included a generous selection of Irish produce – traditional breads, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, and lovely preserves such as Irish raspberry and vanilla jam, not to mention the delicious fresh fruit scones! It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort and quality of the stay. Our hosts, Catherine and Kevin, were friendly, helpful, and informative – they made us feel very welcome and gave great tips on places to visit and eat locally. The location is excellent too – just a short drive from Bunratty Castle and very convenient for exploring other local attractions.
