Fantastic stay, Perfect location

Friendly greeting as soon as we arrived, the room was perfect, clean, warm and nicely decorated. The location right next to the airport was perfect for us. We had a delicious meal in the bar, Roisin looked after us from the moment we walked in and was very attentive and helpful throughout our meal. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Lovely hotel, great location near Shannon airport, great staff and amazing food.

Very helpful staff and accommodating. We went down for a meeting and hotel staff accommodated us with a late check out on the Wednesday. The food was excellent we had pizza in the restaurant on the first night and it was the one of the best I've had. Breakfast was also amazing great selection of options and food quality was brillant!

Pay to play - everything seems to be extra

The room was warm and the bed was very comfy.

It is a pity that breakfast wasn't included in the price. The most expensive 'small plate' breakfast I've ever had to buy. I wish I'd been able to sit in with the Ukrainians, who seemed to be getting a free communal breakfast in a private room. As always these days, you have to walk miles and stand in the cold just to vape. I understand that smoking leaves an odour, but vapes are harmless. The shower controls were 'hit and miss' temperature wise and took some time to stabilise. In-room coffee facilities were minimal. A proper sized bath sheet would be nice.

Warm, friendly, helpful and very comfortable stay

From the moment we arrived to a very busy reception the calmness and professionalism of the staff was very impressive. The bar food was excellent and the staff again were very professional and warm. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. We were based in downstairs rooms which meant trying to bring our cases up one flight of stairs and down two. It was such a pleasure to be assured that we would get help with these. The staff carried our cases down and at 3am the next morning when we were leaving for the airport, they did the same. It made such a difference to us. Thank you so much for the experience

Location perfect for an early flight - 2 mins walk to airport check in.

No kettle in room which was not ideal for a 3am early start. Tea and coffee in reception but no take-away cups. For an airport hotel which must be used to guests having early starts , there must be facilities surely. Very surprised for a Radisson.

For the short check in and out time and for the money my company paid it was not what i expected.

Location perfect for were I needed to conduct my business the next morning. It was five minutes away from my clients office in the airport complex.

Two of the main lamps not working the one on the desk and the tall free standing lamp. Also the tall standing lamp was a two pin plug !! Bed room door not fully secure.

Cleanliness

The heating in the room was left on and it was over 25 degrees which meant I had a poor night sleep, the lampshades were hanging off at an angle, the windows were dirty and the locks not secure - broken and I did not feel safe on the ground floor. The corridor to my room smelled of dog.The night staff member did not provide me with the wi fi code insisted it was on the key card - it wasn’t, and seemed to find it an inconvenience that I had fallen over in the airport and my hand was bleeding, making it difficult to sign the paperwork. This hotel should not be charging £120 for this service and badly maintained property. Hats off to the cleaners, this part was great.

Clean rooms, rude check-in

Dining room staff were very friendly and accommodating. The sleeping room was comfortable and clean.

Front desk staff were rude at check-in, blaming my mother for not booking an early check-in...when the option was not offered at the time of booking. They then blamed me, the booker, for not doing it when I had in fact sent an inquiry message through booking.com but did not receive a response. Front desk staff need a lesson in smoothly and politely handling questions or issues. A simple "I'm sorry, that's not on your reservation, but we can add it now for €xx...." would have avoided issues.

Functional for a business trip, could do better on breakfast

the location. The bar meal on the night, expensive but really good steak.

Breakfast- i would have expected a better breakfast, there were no choices for eggs-i don't like scrambled prefer fried or poached, there were no black or white puddings (an essential part of a full Irish) so overall a poor breakfast.

Very, Very close to the airport, good parking and freindly staff. I was leaving early but at reception they offerred Coffee or Tea and some fruit or a Danish.

Sunday evening, the hotel was very quite and food was only available in the bar.

Welcoming, great service and good value

Clean, good value and could just walk out in the morning into the Departures at Shannon Airport . Also I paid for room service at the bar and forgot to leave my room number. A very efficient staff member traced me down and the food was lovely 😊

Lovely staff, clean rooms and always a nice stay.

The TV in the rooms are dreadful. You can hardly get any English Channel worth watching.
