Easy Parking , Easy check-in the young man on reception was very organised and polite. I think ....his name was Dylan . The room was spacious, spotless and quiet The next morning the grab and go breakfast was ideal and complimentary . The helpful night porter even went and made me a Latte . Whoever is running this hotel is a top manager

Execellent for a one night saty. Tuesday night, so very quiet all around. The lovely Aoife was very helpful at the desk on check in. She booked us a Taxi and booked a table for us at Durty Nellys. Overall a lovely stay, but just a pity the bar closed at 23:00hrs

Staff was very helpful and the hotel was so convenient for our late arrival and early flights out. Could not hear airplane noises either, however could hear noises in hallways and above us from other guests. Everything was very clean and provided pop-up crib for our toddler. Could use a ramp to get up to the stairs to rooms on the first level, as it was so hard to lug all of our suitcases up there, but did appreciate holding our carseat in their closet so we didn't have to carry that too. Loved the pub in the hotel - so grateful for a yummy lunch and dinner right there when we didn't have our rental car.

The staff here are fantastic - friendly, welcoming and actively helpful. The detail in the cleaning let it down a notch; and arriving at 1.30am, there was no time or energy to raise it. (Hair and a random used bottle cap on the bathroom floor.) Very comfortable bed, nice and quiet, good breakfast (though coffee indifferent).

This was a lovely hotel. The staff was great. Breakfast had a large selection. We ate at the restaurant a couple of nights and the food there was also quite good. Parking was easy. We used this as a base to explore the area, so getting out of Galway was much easier than if we had stayed downtown. We walked to downtown several times during our stay, but usually wished for a scooter before we got all the way back.
