When I read other people's reviews and people always write about the staff, I alway think that hotel quality itself is important and not so much how the staff were! I was wrong. The staff is important, and I must say, the staff at Longcourt House Hotel were very helpful when they saw that we arrived for check-in and my husband was a bit sick. They went above an beyond to help and support and even the morning staff was left with a note to check on us. This shows the hotel is in good hands and hence, yes, it was a great hotel, clean, comfortable and well located. If in the area, we will return here again for sure. Thank you front desk, for your help and support.

Recently started at this hotel and it’s so fabulous, large spacious cosy rooms and a breakfast to die for with a choice of delicious options a few other hotels should take onboard . The staff in the bar and restaurant are friendly and the hardest working helpful staff I ve seen in a while . It’s location is great and definitely worth a visit
