Super modern guest house, clean, quiet, comfortable. Very good value for money, and the staff were so helpful with some extra requirement we had.

There were no blinds for the window at night, so the light came in very early in the morning.

Amazing overnight stay for a business trip

Lady at reception was amazing and upgraded us to 2 double beds in stead of one as I was travelling with a colleague. Also offered us a lift to our location as there were no taxis. Would definately recommend

Lovely apartment with lots of space

Very nice place! It clean, tidy and an all around nice apartment. The beds were comfy and large, the rooms were a great size and the area is nice and quiet at night. The bathroom was a nice size and had space to put things, and the living room was cozy with a very comfy sofa and chairs. Lighting in the hallway was automatic, and went off when you start to move in your room. Check-in was really easy and I received a lot of information from the owner via message, so it was absolutely no problem finding the place and getting the key. This could easily be a place to stay for a lot longer.

Since we were travelling with my elderly parents, the stairs was a bit of a hazzel, but luckily one of the rooms were right next to the bathroom to spare them some stairs during the night.

Hidden gem of a guesthouse!

We were so pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff member who looked after us was extremely welcoming and helpful. The finishing throughout the hotel were impeccable and every room was immaculate. The king sized bed in our room was literally the most comfortable I have ever slept in! I had to ask the brand of the linens because they were THAT comfortable. Very spacious bathroom. We left the guest house and immediately recommended it to everyone we saw the following day 🙂

Very minor things could be improved upon. Coffee makers in the rooms would be nice. A vanity mirror near an outlet so that ladies can use curling tongs or blow dry their hair would be useful. The ability to tie back the curtains to let the light in would be nice. Again, very minor details. Our stay was absolutely wonderful!

A wonderful out of the way gem that we are so glad we found.

We picked Maple Valley based on the amazing reviews and the fact that so many people had told us not to stay in Limerick but rather nearby. At first, we were concerned about the less-than-central location but it ended up being a huge benefit. The B&B was one of the best of our trip. The women who ran it were beyond amazing and welcoming. We loved the special treatment we got, the amazing appointments and, finally, how wonderful the breakfast experience was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It's a little out of the way but if you have a rental car and are going north or south through the Limerick area, you are going to go right through this part of the country anyway.

The bed and breakfast itself was stunning. Decor was beautiful and the girl on reception named Andrea was an absolute dote. So helpful . Breakfast was continental which we were a bit disappointed to hear until we got down and had some- pastries were fab , smoothies cereal etc a great selection!

A great stay!

We really enjoyed the stay at Maple Valley. The room we had was beautiful and worked great for three of us. It was located on a quiet little street with free parking, within driving distance of plenty of food. The woman that checked us in was so friendly and gave recommendations
