A perfectly fine place to spend a couple of nights.

The room was nice, big and comfortable. The restaurant was good! I went to a cafe in town and the food there was awful, so I ate the rest of my meals at the hotel and was not disappointed. The parking was good.

Frustrating locationn& drive but pleasant hotel

I requested a location near Bunratty due to an early flight out of Shannon. This was at least 45 mins out and gps took you down every rural route to avoid traffic in Adare! This was on Booking . Com not the hotel

Adequate place to say for our needs.

Staff were very friendly and helped us out with a few needs in town. Room was okay. Lots of on-site parking.

The rooms are worn but the age of the property is somewhat reflected in the price. Not much to do in Rathkeale but on-site restaurant provided any food we needed.

Okay but won’t be back.

Breakfast was good and plentiful 10 euros was a good price and gluten free toast supplied too.

Beds too soft. Bathroom was ok but it was supposed to be refurbished which it certainly wasn’t. No curtain at one of the windows. Small room for the money. No milk supplied with tea and coffee. Having to pay 15 euros for dog!

A good base for short day trips

The pub and breakfast were both very good. Interestingly, the pub menu was slightly different each night. The breakfast hours posted in our room were incorrect so we arrived too late the first morning, but the staff followed us back to the lobby and asked us to come back so they could serve us breakfast even though we were late; really appreciated that extra effort! The hotel was dog friendly and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable.

Don’t stay here…we chose it because of the midway point between Dingle & Galway…don’t make same mistake

Fine location inbetween our two destinations of Dingle and Galway.

I booked 2 double deluxe rooms and was given the wrong rooms. When I went back to reception to request the correct rooms, I was told they were fully booked. When I suggested half our party sleep on the sofas in the lobby, suddenly the two double deluxe rooms became available. Wifi worked only half the time. Litter was all over hallway. Glasses at the on site restaurant were dirty. Overhead light in our room wouldn’t turn off at night and 2 employees had to come fix it.

Comfortable and reliable

It was handy for the customer I was working at. There is not much choice in Rathkeale for hotels and this is probably the best one in the area.

The breakfast starts too late for me. It is very expensive for accommodation although the meals and drinks are on a par with other hotels I stay in Ireland

A nice little getaway beside the greenway.

Really good location for those who are doing a roadtrip around Ireland. Really comfy beds.

A bit outdated, could use some TLC. The restaurant was very understaffed. When we went for breakfast we were always having to look for staff for the simplest of things - water, milk for coffee, etc. There was no staff member assigned for breakfast.
