Great location, but the noise and light coming into the room was a let down.

Great location

The bed was short, the hallway light lit up our bedroom due to the big gap at the bottom. The walls were thin so it was very noisey, our door cards did not work at first so needed resetting.

Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and breakfast was really nice.

Alot of the basic tv channels didn't work. The room was cold needed the plug in radiator to heat the room as no central heating.

the Raddison needs to up its game

Rstaurant very poor selection and food was just about ok, disappointed my stay!, kids near restaurant uncotroled and creating a big racket,

Went to hotel to relax and enjoy a good meal and left very dissapointed.

In a roadtrip through Ireland north and west coast during 8 nights, the car access from the main road was very easy and with car parking. Fast check-in and check-out. Professional service at the reception. Very big room.

Stained sheets and towels. The bathroom could also be cleaner. The restaurant and bar service were not so good.

Very happy with my stay

Spacious room with comfortable furniture and king size bed. Bath salts provided for bath. Nice outdoor Jacuzzi. Garden view. Fabulous staff.

No daily newspapers for guests. Bar not open until 12.30pm Saturday.

Would definitely come back!

Lovely hotel, I used everything, the spa (gym, saunas, jacuzzi) and the wave machine as well (which I wasn’t impressed but wanted to give it a try). I visited the farm and gardens, everything lovely. Breakfast was fabulous!! The restaurant has a reasonable price and our experience was just perfect. Amazing staff.

The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant had very good food - both for dinner and breakfast - they were catered for children having crayons ready and papers to colour on. The surrounding areas including a farm is a good attraction for children. The fitness center is well equipped and staff was very helpful

Great spot for amenities

We said it was our honeymoon, and the staff left us a special treat. I like that they had a gym, no reservation needed for dinner, temp control in the room, fridge, coffee and tea in the room.

Both of our keys stopped working.And we had to get them replaced.

Bar was a bit quiet One problem we had was that we put the eircode into maps instead of google maps and it took us on a great detour into the centre of the city , then to The Strand hotel twice Do we list about 45 mins trying to find the hotel. Not your fault but I’d like you to know this.

Good steam and sauna Nice big bedrooms

Food is terrible , do not order the panko fish it was terrible I actually refused to pay and I’ve never done that before. Breakfast is ok other than the bacon and sausages they where terrible, looked like the both had been boiled, I don’t get it, almost everyone wants there sausages and bacon well done. Bad chef !

Not worth for the money that paid. Room Smells dusty and old. No toiletries provided

Just the location

Our overall experience was just okay. When we entered the room, it had a dusty, old smell. There were no basic toiletries provided such as a shower cap, moisturizer, or dental kit. One bedside lamp wasn’t working, and the lamp design itself is not very child-friendly — it projects outward, which could be risky for kids. A wall-mounted design would be much safer. Regarding breakfast, the staff welcomed us warmly, which we appreciated, but the food quality was not up to expectations. During our stay at Radisson Blu Dublin, the breakfast was exceptional, so we were hoping for something similar here. Smoothies were finished and not refilled even when requested, and the snack options were very limited. Overall, while the service was friendly, improvements in cleanliness, amenities, safety, and food quality would make the stay much better.

A very welcome relief after a days hiking!

Very friendly & helpful staff. A good working EV charger. Was hiking in Kerry & stayed over on the way back to Dublin - the beds were comfy, a very good breakfast and the spa was just what we needed - loved the hot tub & dry wave massage bed!

Maybe there might be a need for more than 2 EV chargers?

Really good!

We loved the location, outside Limerick but close enough if you’re driving. Because it’s outside the city it is really quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Good choice for breakfast. Really good restaurant.

The bathroom in the room was a bit old, the toilet was leaking. It was really warm in the room, no air con.

I like the location as it was a bit out of town. Lovely setting and surroundings that the hotel has cleverly managed

Nothing about the property. But not having Tartar sauce with a fish dish was indescribable. Fobbed off with mayonnaise tut tut.
