Lovely location , great value food and atmospheric courtyard dining area .
The pool area was rather scruffy and pool furniture very tired .

Perfect location, clean and beautiful place to stay. Very friendly stuff. Magnificent breakfast and restaurant for dinner. They were very helpful and made some custom meals for our child. Further more, swimming pool will help younto reftesh after hot day

A favourite stop-over of ours.
Characterful historic building, sensitively modernised.
Good well-appointed rooms with lake view.
Excellent cuisine in a busy restaurant with good really local wines.
Very generous breakfast being included makes the whole deal very well priced
Off-road private parking.
Bathroom needs two very simple additions: a small shelf in the shower to put toiletries on and a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang one’s towel within reach of the shower.
Although we are always very well attended by multi-lingual waitresses, it would be nice to be greeted or, at least, acknowledged by the Restaurant Manager.

The beds were not comfortable.
