Quite location, except when there's a banquet in the restaurant

The views from the hotel were great, although I enjoyed more spending time in the hotel garden than on my own balcony facing the sea. The hotel restaurant was quite posh, but served good food.

There was a wedding reception at the hotel, which was quite noisy throughout my dinner and also when I tried to get sleep. Driving here was a challenge as I arrived when it was already dark - I drove from the village, and Google Maps directed me via a horrible route - in daylight I saw there were actually signs on the streets recommending to take a little longer but easier route to the hotel when arriving from that direction. The parking lot itself was spacious, it was just the drive that was a little challenging.

Generally well kept and organized. Breathtaking view on the lake. Young dynamic and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and bar service. Refined dining experience came at a matching cost.

Stunning view of lake and the restaurant / breakfast room was a great spot. The pool was a much welcome addition as it was extremely hot. Aircon was good and we slept well. Cleaners very good.

Great setting but a few small things that could be improved on. Shower right by pool had no hose. Bedrooms were pretty small and the balconies also small. Bathrooms very cosy and the shower cubicles small. Not enough hanging space in rooms and no fridge / kettle and only one small bin that was in the bathrooms.

Great location, luxury services, extraordinary kitchen. Flawless panorama. Nice people. The coffee cortado is the best in the region :) Worth to taste all the meals. Especially the signature menu. Coctails. Cozy environnement. Neverending breakfast. Always smiling barista. Easy to reach all the interesting sigts around Iseo.

Everything!!! The room was beautifully redecorated and the view stunning. Although the room was small it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds were amazing!! I didn’t get chance to use the swimming pool as it was only an overnight stop but would have loved to ! The breakfast included was excellent as was the view at breakfast! We had an evening meal in the outdoor restaurant and that was wonderful too, the food and the view! It was also very pet friendly and there was good private parking provided.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

False advertising

The view from the garden was great.

The advertised view of garden or mountains was non existent. All we could see from the room was a large hedge. Also the advertised pictures and description of the room show a sofa bed and much larger room, ours had just enough room for the bed. The manager said we could have a discount but when we checked out none was offered or given. He also said he would contact booking. Com to change the description of the room but I doubt he will.

Wonderfull Stay

The views from our room were spectacular the staff were very friendly the facilities were good the shower and bath were brilliant. The food at breakfast and great food in the restaurant in the evening.

The smoke alarms were placed above the bed so flashing light every few seconds was a bit of a pain. Not sure why you need 2 smoke alarms in one room

Location, view and especially the food is absolutly fantastic.

Typical basic Italian breakfast with a fantastic view over lake Iseo from within the breakfast room. Small but lovely located pool. The garden has also a great view. The hotel is located very quietly a little higher above the lake with lots of parking space. The restaurant is really a must, again, the view in the evening from the outdoor terras of the restaurant is breathtaking and the food is ABSOLUTLY astonishing good with a very good winelist with very VERY reasonable prices.

The hotel part is rather basic and the TV size is rediculous, its so small, its more like a iPad or 14" laptop screen on the wall, absolutly impossible to watch a movie or whatever on.
