Fantastic place for a one-night stay and most probably excellent during the summer season
The staff was excellent. Very helpful to find a superb restaurant in the vicinity. Forgot my laptop and they did so much to get it back to me.

Breakfast was great but the bed was very bad
Reception staff, pool staff and breakfast staff was very polite and serviceminded. Breakfast was great. Parking (not included in price) was good.
Bed was very uncomfortable, our shower head was either dirty or too old. It didnt work properly and was not pleasant at all. Asked for it to be fixed, but they only gave it a extra cleaning and it didn't help. One of the staff members at the pool bar was not serviceminded at all and seemed annoyed every time we wanted to order something.

Nice comfortable hotel for a couple of nights.
The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance into town where the weekend markets and eateries were superb. Dinner in the hotel was reasonably priced. Our room was clean with a balcony overlooking the gardens.
The hotel charged 10 Euros to park in their carpark. However, there was ample parking just outside the gates.

Basic rooms are lacking space and ambience. We were lucky that the hotel wasn’t fully booked and asked for upgrade to junior suit , which was very nice and comfortable .

Nice hotel, beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff.
Lovely hotel, smart, modern and comfortable interiors. The staff is very friendly and accommodating in every part of the hotel. The restaurant is good with very delicious food and nice waiters. The surroundings are fine with nature and beautiful views, and it is very good with direct access to the area at the beach.
The balcony! It is a disgrace. The planks are wet and soaked in water all day, there is moss growing on them and some of them are rotten - the screws stick up through them, so you must watch where you step. The pigeons sit on the beams and shit directly down on the balcony, and their droppings are not being removed by the cleaning staff. They just pour a couple of buckets with water over the floor of the balcony - so the planks once again become wet and moist. When we book a room with balcony it is because we like to sit out in the open and enjoy the surroundings, but here this a somewhat mixed pleasure. First we had to remove the droppings from the pigeons, and the balcony in itself was not very inviting. Have you actually seen the balcony to room 207 recently? You should put up little spikes on the beams (as they have done in the opposite private department), so the pigeons cannot sit there, and you ought to change and renew the whole balcony. It is a pity when everything else about the hotel is so nice including the room and the bathroom.

Beautiful location, looks onto mountains but very private Pool was stunning, breakfast had good variety and the outdoor setting was comfortable
The bathroom was slightly dated, pillows provided were flat. The information regarding accessing the pool was limited
