Great place to stay at Iseo .
Nice friendly hotel . Ample free parking a short walk to center . Lovely air conditioned room with 2 small balconies both with lake view . Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Good value for money, great/free parking spot, comfy room, does the job as expected !
Great location, 400m from village center, free underground parking which was great! Room is spacious, clean and nice wc/bathroom, would benefit from larger panel for toiletry bag. Comfortable bed, friendly staff (not all speak english). Good value for money.
breakfast was as expected, one thing they should do is put yogurt on cold/ice to keep it fresh/creamy rather than liquid.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! For a so called ‘budget’ hotel I was impressed. The place was exceptionally clean. The rooms are large, with spacious bathrooms and high ceilings. Black out curtains to get a good sleep. The corridors and communal areas are also spacious. The bed was very comfy, and the air con worked well. Awesome to have a fridge in a hotel! The staff, although they have very limited English, are extremely polite, friendly and attentive, from the reception staff, to the breakfast staff, and the cleaners. The room was cleaned every day with new towels and linen. I was actually given a free upgrade to a room with a terrace and a lake view! There’s a large communal area with sofas and a tv - didn’t seem to get much use but it was a nice option, and places to sit outside. Property is in an excellent location, just 15 min walk to the centre, although there are good restaurants on the way (would recommend Lido dei Platani - I had an excellent good value meal here with an amazing view and wish I’d gone there before my last night!) There is a supermarket approx 7 minutes walk away with a self service laundrette based there as well.
Breakfast was okay, edible but not amazing, more options for bread would have been good, and warmed up croissants, but it was fine given it was so convenient.

Very good
We had a very nice 2 day stay while we were exploring the Franciacorta area. We rented e bikes and visited some vineyards. We also tried swimming in the lake. The personell did their outmost to make us comfortable.

It was very quiet at night which made it easy to sleep. The breakfast was good. Only two minutes walk to the lake and restaurants.
The shower was very small but this is common in Italy.
