Perfect location with local knowledge

Flaminio was an amazing host and the property is in a perfect location to experience Iseo and the surroundings. Iseo itself is a lovely place to visit but it was Flaminio who made it a trip to remember.

Location. It’s 100 meter from the duomo. Large good Parking Garage at 200 meters.

Bed is not for tall people. 190 cm max. Bed is very soft No AC 4th floor but a very wide staircase.

Everything. Our host was exceptional he looked after us in every way great breakfast and bottle of Prisco to toast the beginning of our stay He organised a taxi when the train strike happened Such a lovely gentleman. Definitely going back

Italian Charm

The host made me lunch on arrival, complete with beer and wine! Old style room but very comfortable bed and pillows, warm, great shower, tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast a mix of Italian sweets plus eggs, cheese, ham. Plus Flaminio gave us a walking tour of the village. Location good but several markets in the piazza so ear plugs necessary. Lift broken but only 2 flights of stairs plus it’s cash only. I really enjoyed my stay in Iseo.

Great Italian hospitality at its best

Great location, just at the lake side and in the strict town centre. The owner, Flaminio is a heart of the place- very warm, welcoming and helpful. This has been the hospitality that is very rear and unique these days. Thank you for all your help and hospitality!

Lovely welcome from our host with a bottle of Prosecco and snacks on our arrival. I would recommend for value money. 👍🏻

A wonderful little B&B and a wonderful owner!

Flaminio is a wonderful man and could not have been more friendly, helpful and generous - this is truly is a little treasure in a wonderful town. We wished we could have stayed longer. The private reserved parking, not far away, is really useful if you're traveling by car but want to leave it for the day to enjoy Iseo on foot. The location is absolutely right in the centre of things, in the traffic-free zone (hence the parking a short walk away). Great verandah too!

B&B La veranda is a perfect gem. lake Iseo is fabulous

location right in the heart of Iseo. easy walking distance to beaches by the lake. also 2 minute walk for ferry trip to Mont in middle of the lake. Great cafes & plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The host of this B&B is so helpful and assists you in every way he can. he is an asset to Iseo. a great little gem of a hotel in the town centre cannot be beaten.

Perfect Host, Perfect Location.

The owner welcomed us with food and wine and told us about the local area. He also made us breakfast in the morning and left it covered even when we were asleep so we could have it later. He was an absolute gentleman. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

A perfect host solving all possible issues (like parking) in a blink.

In the center of town you can expect some noise late and early. However all possible concerns disapear when sitting on the terrace enjoying the breakfast that comes out of a good heart.

I loved everything, the host Flaminio and his wife were really nice and helped us in everything. We came earlier than expected and he let us park the car way before the check-in. The location is breathtaking as it's the typical italian house and a great terrace, the only one in the building! Plus, the view, we had Lake Iseo in front of us and we were in the center! Best choice if you are a family or a solo traveler, as well! Thank you again, Flaminio!

Amazing location

Great location right in the centre of Iseo and 5 minutes walk from the station. Our room had a terrace looking out which was perfect for people watching. Such an accommodating and kind host who offered us the free breakfast :)

Signor Flaminio was a great host. Very hospitable, knows how to treat his guests. We were treated like king and queen, by this very humble owner. He also gave is free use of bikes
