Beaufuly arranged outdoor pools with an amazing view on the lake Iseo!

breath-taking view and comfortable welcoming vibe, attention to the details. I would recommend this place to stay for a weekend away.

The size of sauna was only for two people. There was no steamroom.

The view from the hotel is amazing, very nice food at the breakfast and the restaurant. The room and the facilities was very clean and tidy. Very good location for the hiking routes.

A bit of guidance on the arrival would've helped, it wouldn't take long to show the new guests where all of the facilities are.

Breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere!

The hotel’s outdoor area, restaurant and the view were absolutely stunning. Despite visiting in August, it was pleasantly peaceful and quiet. The service was good and the staff were very friendly. A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay!

If I had to point out something, the room was a bit small, and there could have been more space for personal stuff.

Stunning hotel with gorgeous views.

Stunning hotel with amazing views from the gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub. Lots a seating and loungers around the pool. The room was decorated beautifully and was spotless. Comfortable bed, great shower. The food was the best we've had in Italy! The staff are all lovely. Good parking. Loved it!!

I booked this hotel for our honeymoon as it looked great, and mentionned this while finalizing the booking… we didn’t even receive a congratulations on arrival… There was most of the time a parking problem, as they do accept non-staying guests as well for dinner, but really don’t have enough parking space for this (this should be mentionned). My husband celebrated his birthday as well during our stay, no congrats for that either (they took our ID’s at check-in so could have seen this; I used to work many years at a reception on Lanzarote, guests got a cava to the room the day of their birthday). The biggest issue was that the pool was empty the day we arrived (Thursday), on Friday they worked on it all day as well as Saturday morning, that late afternoon the pool was filled again, so we were able to use it on Sunday… but from Monday on they were working again in the garden area just next to the pool, so no possibility to relax by the pool really during our whole stay, except for 1 day… On check-out, no question if we liked our stay, the lady continued talking to her mother who was sitting behind us in the sofa while taking back our key and making up our bill, this is not how you do a check-out… and then all the sudden, we received a bottle of wine as a gift, with no further explanation, to take home (I suppose as we sent a complaint earlier to booking.com, they thought this was the solution…) We left this hotel quite disappointed, will not recommend it to anyone…

The view was breath taking. The hotel was very professionally run and the restaurant was in a class of its own. Loved the dinner and use of the facilities. The staff was lovely, especially the Nona who helped me orchestrate a great birthday for my spouse. Would definitely come again.

Elevator feels shaky and toilet for the private jacuzzi suite wasn't very practical. Shower was leaking water into the bathroom.

Great and fantastic view - relaxing time

The panoramic view was really fantastic! The rooms were new and very clean. The people were mainly nice and helpful, especially the cleaning staff. I can also recommend the Ayurveda massage there. We had a very good and relaxing time.

Unfortunately the rooms have no phone and no minibar. So when you buy snacks or drinks outside you can not cool it. We ordered drinks to the room and to the pool - mainly we had to pick it up from the bar by ourselves, sometimes the staff brought it.

Exceptionally beautiful gem of a hotel

Superb views with professional and friendly staff. Breakfast wonderful and the evening meal service and food and overall experience was fabulous. Attention to detail in the hotel decor and in our room was very impressive and made for a lovely ambience and very comfortable and relaxing stay.

If you don't like kittens and cats note there are quite a few about the garden and relaxation areas. No separate bar area if you just want a drink or coffee. It's part of the reception area.

Probably the best view you'll get from your room and for dinner around Lake Iseo - just stunning!!

Restaurant is amazing - great food and probably the best view ever. The rooms also have an amazing view of Lake Iseo, which is breathtaking.

Some small challenges with the room plumbing. But these were rectified pretty quickly and are unlikely to effect other guests.

Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant with the panoramic view on the lake.

Expected a room with a view, we had a view on a terrace with the neighboring guest and guest passing by to the parking slight lack of privacy there. room itself was ok.
