Antica Dogana

The very friendly host Claudio met us in person to introduce the apartment. The apartment is located right next to the old town square. The apartment was clean, well equipped and they even provided us with a baby cot for our 6 month old baby that we did not expect. The view from the balcony to the lake and mountains was exceptional. For breakfast Claudio and his mother prepared freshly cooked eggs and bacon, a plate of cheese and cold cuts with bread, juice, yoghurt bowl with fruits and offer local sweet pastries. In addition the coffee machine makes delicious coffee drinks. There are train tracks next to the building but you can hardly hear the trains passing beacause of the good sound proofing. Pisogne, Lake Iseo and the surroundings are a nice relaxing and peaceful destinations to go. Highly recommended.

The hotel is modern, the location is excellent, and the setting is strategically convenient. The owner is very dedicated and helpful. The breakfast is highly personalised and very good. The owner, Claudio, is happy to help with recommendations for bike rentals, restaurants, and other useful tips. It is a place we would definitely love to return to.

Our stay at Antica Dogana was fantastic, especially while travelling with our 1-year-old baby. Claudio was an exceptional host, and the apartment was fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, just a 7-minute walk to the shopping centre and only 2 minutes to several restaurants. The breakfast prepared by Claudio and his mother was delicious, offering a variety of eggs, cheese, bacon, and yoghurt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.
