Never again.

The room was cleaned in a timely fashion, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and smiled a lot.

The noise from the traffic (Mopeds, tractors, people walking past) plus, guest and locals was nearly constant. The hotel bar crowd was loud until 2400 hours and later. The restaurant nor bar staff spoke or often unless asked a question. Smiles seemed forced, and my wife, friend, and I felt needed for the business but otherwise not really wanted. The food was limited in variety, and the same small selection of breakfast items every single day. The evening dinner options were the same. Parking in the underground garage was limited; especially when the 15 or so spaces were used by the staff every day. The biggest issue is the horrendous drive up and down the mountain that has a very narrow winding road that takes 10-15 to try driving safely. The final problem is Booking.Com quoting the total price of Euro 627.43, and then the hotel increased the base price to Euro 674.10 as the rate for our stay. I have never had this happen before using Booking.Com. The hotel explained the difference as a discount given by Booking.Com and not them.

A really pleasant hotel and a good base for travelling around - Lake Iseo, Brescia and Bergamo

The breakfast was fine but the combination of a small hotel with an excellent restaurant and run by the family is a winner! A downstairs garage is so easy too!

A lot of improvements have obviously been made in recent years, but the bar area could be looked at with a view to making it more comfortable and inviting! It's probably on the 'to do' list! The twisting 6km drive up and down the mountain side to and from the hotel in Bossico was off putting at first but later added to the sense of being off the beaten tourist track!

Very good

There is no hair dryer and the walls are paper thin. We could here clearly what the others were talking in the next room. The breakfast was a dissapointment: there were no eggs, no cheese, no vegetables at all and the coffee was really bad (comparing to the pricey dinner that was fine-dining.)

Superb

The town was beautiful with an amazing view from the top floor of the hotel. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was very good- cheese, ham, amazing cruasaunts, fruit and coffe, good yogurt with alot of options. The staff was super nice, and there was a covered parking.

The shower lighting was very weird and hard to find the entrance to the lobby

The stuff was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms clean and nice. The view is beautiful if you pay for the lake view.

For good view and nice walk in a peaceful environment

Great view to the lake from the top floor. There is a nice bar and breakfast is also provided in the morning. Parking is very convenient and the staff was super helpful.

It was a bit cold in the room and heating wasn't yet operational. The hotel is a short drive from the lake but it is up on the mountain which is not very convenient.

Very friendly staff always welcoming and willing to make an effort. The view of the hotel is amazing and I really recommend having at least one dinner at the restaurant. It was exeptional!

I seem to have had bad luck and have received one of the rooms not yet renovated. However, I guess most of the other rooms are modern and renovated.

Lovely place, lovely people!

Bossico is a lovely village, high above the lake and the views from the hotel, especially the top floor are outstanding. On arrival we were greeted by Ornella, who was keen to let me practice my beginner-level Italian but also repeated everything in Italian so that we could be sure we had understand. In fact all of the staff were wonderful and friendly! The food too is outstanding, I would advise following the recommendations and do not skip any of the courses! The local wine recommendation was excellent and superb value for money. We would definitely visit again!

Posizione. Camera confortevole. Colazione varia e con buoni prodotti locali.

Durante il nostro soggiorno la struttura ha accolto una festa privata che hanno fatto molta confusione fino a tarda notte, disturbando il nostro sonno. Camera molto calda, abbiamo dovuto mettere al minimo le valvole termostatiche per riuscire a dormire.
