The location is amazing! The view from our room was a 5 star experience. It’s a very small and familiar hotel that sits above a restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast one of the best we ever had in Italy. The staff is amazing and service minded. We will be back and and next time we will try the restaurant (it looks very good).

Property location was superb, mesmorising views from the room.

Not a huge fan of continental breakfasts, would prefer a cooked breakfast option and food portions on the small size. Also limited to certain hours of the day when able to get a drink from the bar,

The lake views are spectacular!! The restaurant food was delicious. The swimming pool and bar and view over the lake is fabulous.

We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed for lunch even though they have hours posted as open right outside the restaurant. The overall price for food and stay was quite high.

The pool area is not exclusively for the hotel guests. It was very crowded at all times, hardly finding a free spot for hotel residents to enjoy.

Beautiful place and location. Very good salty and sweet buffet breakfast and good optional dinner. Linda is very hard-working and was always ready to help us in whatever we required.

The view and pool access (with view!) from this hotel is the only reason to stay here. Avoid if you wish to have a pleasant experience interacting with any hotel staff.

The staff do not speak English and are very rude about it. I also speak German and tried with this but then they looked even more horrified. You will get an awful 'welcome' and have your passports taken from you with no explanation as to when you are to get them back. You can get the same view

The bed was too soft for us

Views were spectacular from the restaurant and Marilago. The pool facilities at Marilago were great, staff very helpful. . This place saved our holiday serving decent food for.lunch and great drinks.

Firstly it is located high up, approx 4 hills and therefore I would not recommend staying without a car (our mistake!) View from our room was a very noisy car park and a neighbours house with a barking dog! We had a slight glimpse of the lake via neighbours balcony. Room was small, not much storage, no air conditioning or even a fan. On arrival.our room wasn't ready so we asked if we could possibly get a drink.and was initially told no not without food so we decided to order some food in.order to get a drink (we felt like we were an inconvenience). We ordered the risotto which was very bland and in our opinion under cooked. Asked for a Gin and tonic to be told they don't have gin only wine or beer was offered. .Breakfast was pastries, meats, cheeses , fruits and bread which weren't covered and flies were on them. I notified them in advance that I was coeliac and needed gf options thinking they may have had bread rolls or cereal. I was given rice cakes every morning to have with my boiled eggs. Thankfully there was fruit and yogurt available too but not a great selection, the same cheeses and flans seem to be put out day after day after being left out uncovered which was off putting. Was surprised that there was no welcome pack available to tell us about the area, where to go, what to see etc.

Quite big room, interesting picture on the wall, looks good, clean. There were chocolate eggs in the room , what's really pleasure. Breakfast area has a balcony with beautiful view ( probably there is a room with the same view). Breakfast is not bad, there is something except default stuff.

Not a very new bathroom, no bath, but still not bad. Also would like to have a view from the room, but when i was booking it, was not clear which room has the view.

The room was big, around 28m2, and had the most stunning view of Lake Iseo we could have wished for. The hotel is operated by a lovely family, all of whom work very hard. The room was clean.

Because it is located high on a hill, the views over the lake are simply amazing. The walk down the hill of 1.2kms is okay, but if you don't have car it's a slow and demanding walk up to the hotel from the township of Sulzano. Great exercise though.

The location and the view. The staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant.

As mentioned in some of the previous comments, the bed mattraces are too soft.

We had a Very nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. People and service were great and we would love to come back and recommended for anyone to stay. The view of the lake and mount Isola from terrace is amazing and mesmerizing. Wifi was not working. Although It didn't bother me since I wanted to relax and enjoy without being on phone. 😊😁

Location and the view. Beautiful. They did lie about the view.... they said it was lake view, it wasn't. It was hill and lake! Stunning view.
