Overall good value for money. Good location and you have a parking infront of the building.

The lock on my room. I would have preferred to have more robust lock. I was alone on that trip and as a woman, I couldn’t relax and sleep very well. It smelled like cigarettes in the room.

Very clean and organized, smells good and the bed is comfy, walking to downtown was a breeze, really close to everything.

Not an issue if you are used to, but the bed is 2 twin beds put together, they separated a bit overnight, but mostly because of how I sleep.

The location is excellent. The room is neat and clean. The host was very helpful. We had a health issue, and she did everything she could to help us. It was an ideal place to stay to enjoy the Rose Festival. We were given a small gift also which was very nice.

A couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels would be useful. Room 4 has no room around the bed.

Close to the center, quiet and clean.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and modern. There was water, coffee and tea in the room for us when we arrived, a map of the city with all the attractions and bus routes. There is a nice parking.

There was no any soap in the bathroom, just 1 towel per person and the second bed was without a blanket.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. AC was working well. Big windows, good curtains. I'm grateful I could leave my luggage before check in, no additional costs. Nice location.

Was a bit difficult to find. Not enough toilet paper. Got just one small roll of pretty thin toilet paper for a one night stay, had to ask for an extra roll the following morning. TV wasn't working.

Not sound proof room. We were on the first floor exactly next to the front door. All the time it bang, you can here the conversations and steps in the corridor. Not quality night sleep at all, how supposed to be on your holiday. Not fridge in the room, but we desperately needed cold drink to cool down in the hot summer weather. Not enough supplies for the bathroom and toilet.

Very nice clean rooms with comfortable furnishings. It's a very small and cozy place. Great location near the town centre.

We had a problem with the door fitting that caused issues with security. Another thing is the bathroom didn't have many places where you could put your towel and also there was only one roll of toilet paper to split between three people.

Perfect! Location: Great location, very close to the city center and also close to restaurants. Service: it was all self check in which I love because you can simply enter a pin to open the front door and then get the keys from the room. Room: bigger room then expected, very clean. Own bathroom which was nice and clean, a fridge and a comfortable bed. Also a big balcony. And they have a cat outside with it's own little house 💕 very cute 😺

Super expensive place absolutely to avoid: the service was definitely of zero quality.

This "thing" (it is not a real hotel, nor a guesthouse or anything, I don't even know how to name it) is a wannabe fancy place, but it is a total mistake.

I never met the receptionist of this place: prior to my arrival I sent several messages through booking.com, but I did not get any reply. The only message I received from the property was on the arrival day, saying that I would have found nobody to welcome me and therefore they wrote the code of the lower door, while the door upstairs was open with the keys in the lock. That's all. I mean, if I had only my Russian SIM card with no internet, I would not have even received this message. Same when I left there was nobody. These people just want to earn easy money without even welcome guests that may find themselves in troubles without being able to enter the room. The property assumed things that must to be taken for granted, especially for non-EU travellers. Not only the service was terrible, but also inside the place was not good. The room has glass walls with no privacy and becomes a greenhouse during daytime, but you can't really keep the aircon on because it fans directly to the bed. There is just a kettle for tea, with no cutlery nor tableware. The bathroom floods when you shower because there is no shower compartment and it has no window so it does not dry out and stays flooded all the time. No comment for the high price i paid for this shameful place.
